Beach house vacation rentals in Mauritius

The location is stunning and the accommodation extremely functional as well as comfortable so we spent much of our stay at the house and were able to relax totally. The place is within easy reach of restaurants, shops, beaches and other necessary amenities although it would have been limited without a hire car. Mathilde was great throughout, always there if we needed anything, extremely helpful but not at all intrusive. We had a late arrival and she facilitated a meal at the house and essential supplies for us which made the start of our holiday much easier than it could have been.

We had a very pleasant stay at the lodge. The property can be reached quickly and easily by car from the airport. Check-in went smoothly, and our arrival time was flexibly taken into account – we appreciated that very much. The lodge itself is well equipped and the large garden invites you to relax. We especially liked the proximity to the beach – in less than five minutes you can walk there. The location is also ideal as a starting point for excursions in the area. Overall a great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

The Villa is amazing. Very peaceful, safe and has a beautiful beach front view. Its extremely spacious with a huge living room and dining. Kitchen has all the amenities required. The best part is the outside sitting area where they also have an 8 seater dining table, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the calm beach. The view of the sunset is breathtaking from here. Swimming pool is very clean and regularly maintained. Master bedroom is quite big. The host of the villa Asvin, is extremely helpful and friendly. Him and the manager Sudesh made sure that we checked in properly and made sure that we were comfortable during our entire stay. Some good restaurants to try, nearby, are Village Cafe (Bf) Chessy Latte (Pizzas), Happy Rajah (Indian) and Chamarel Panoramic Viewpoint Restaurant (Amazing view). Grocery store, London bay, is also very nearby. Overall we loved the place and had an amazing time at the Villa !!

Michel is a pleasant, discreet and helpful host, very responsive and gives good advice he booked all our excursions for us, including the restaurant reservation, taxi and rental car. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and exactly as described. I highly recommend it.

Ramesh and Do were perfect hosts. Exceptionally kind! The accommodation is very very clean, they have the desire to do a service so that we can have the best vacation possible. We thank them so much because they contributed to the success of our stay on the island. We hope to be able to come back to their place soon.

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

Great place to stay, 100% Recommendation. Everything is as described and in good condition. We stayed with Infants and they also liked it and had fun with the toys, sandbox and pool. Perfect spot to explore the West and Southwest. Sophie and Valérie are very helpful and friendly in Communication. You ll not regret to stay here. Best wishes.

The small cottage of Jf and Kareen more than convinced us with its very own charm, a great layout and its optimal location. It was clean, neat and lovingly furnished. The hosts didn't promise too much, were themselves very friendly, courteous and always available for questions. Would recommend this place with a clear conscience at any time 😊

Jean Christophe, his family and Agnes were all warm, helpful and generous hosts. The house and location were even better than the photos and the kindness afforded by the nearby family and the housekeeping team was fabulous. I will miss looking up at Le Morne from the pool 💔 but we will be back! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home.

We had a wonderful stay and can only highly recommend this Airbnb! Jessica gave us a warm welcome and even took the time to show us around the house, which made us feel at home right away. The house itself is absolutely beautiful very clean, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. The pool area was a real highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need for cooking during your stay. We especially appreciated the excellent cleaning service during our longer visit – everything was kept spotless and in perfect order. Tip for future guests: Definitely take the advice about renting a car seriously. You’ll absolutely need one to make the most of your stay and explore the area comfortably. We spent 3 wonderful weeks in the house. Brand new, fully equipped with everything you need to be comfortable with family and cook. Everything is really well thought out. Communication with Nazia was very smooth, and this well before departure when we were able to ask her all our questions. Isabelle on site was able to clean several times a week. Loved our stay. I’ve just returned from an amazing stay in Mauritius. The accommodation was perfect. Private, peaceful and beautifully decorated. The host was very good with communication and sent co-ordinates to the address. Sheila, the housekeeper was there to welcome us and made our stay even more enjoyable. Sheila cooked us a traditional Mauritian meal one evening which was delicious. The house and pool were spectacular and a good base to explore the north and west coast of Mauritius. I hope to return again and if I do I shall be asking to book the house again.

The Place was amazing, it was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. We enjoyed our time there and liked the privacy we had there. Also our host Julie was great, she gave us recommendation for restaurants in the area,also she was very helpful and responsive for our check in and during our stay.

The villa is clean and well laid out. The garden is paradisiacal, and there are beautiful little animals (chickens and roosters with chicks, russets, cardinal, etc.) every day. The small pool is perfect for resting your legs after a day exploring the island and its lagoon. The supermarket is rather close (the great cash), we were able to do our food shopping on foot. Marie-Claude and Mirella are absolutely adorable. And they cook great. They cooked us a very nice meal, much better than all the restaurants we ate in. The neighborhood is super nice. We are delighted with our stay.

we had the most amazing stay at Elodie's beautiful home! we will definitely go back and absolutely recommend this stunning home to anyone without a doubt. the home is incredibly beautiful, so much so that we wish we had stayed longer. we felt right at home immediately and enjoyed being in superbly well equipped home. Elodie, went way over and beyond for us with our late arrival and we are truly for grateful for that! we give Elodie's stunning home a solid 11/10 and look forward to visiting again!

Wow, our stay at Albion was nothing short of amazing! We truly felt at home. Alex and Marie-France were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicated well throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless with beautiful finishes and had all the amenities we needed. They were super responsive to any questions we had about the area or the home. Would recommend staying at Dan’s place. We had a great visit. The apartment is conveniently located ~5 min walk to beach and “downtown” Flic en Flac. Apartment is comfortable and has the amenities you need. Best of all is Dan! He’s a great AirBnb host. He and his mother could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Thank you for everything!

The accommodation is as on the pictures, rooms very clean, a very nice family hearty food, you feel at home with mom, everything is great. I highly recommend it, also a huge terrace where you can hang out in the evening. 2 rooms, 1 living room a washing machine is available in the bathroom basically everything you need. book your trip and enjoy Mauritius👌👌.
