It was like sleeping at home only that quieter and with a beautiful setting. It really met all expectations and exactly fits the description in the listing. I liked the deal with Pavel, I would have loved to meet him in person, but his responses were so immediate that we didn't need him to be present. Highly recommended for a rested stay.

The place is close to the Catholic University of the Maule which was where I was going, so I was very practical for the stay, the apartment had everything I needed for the days I was there. In addition to mentioning that Jaime was an excellent host. I will definitely be back next time.

Everything is fine. Clean and tidy. Even though the surroundings have many towers with dptos, it was a quiet sector. The only detail is that check-in did not match the one that appeared on the page

Simple and very cozy decoration. Beautiful view, you can hear the sea at night, very close to the sand hills, very good transportation. 10 minutes from downtown. The WIFI was super fast, all the TVs had internet and cable, and there's a second set of keys in case you go out in a group. First floor location, south-west orientation, on the hill of Villa Copihue. Everything was fantastic, we had already gone, the accommodation does not disappoint. 1000% recommended.

Highly recommended! The house is very nice and spacious, you can see that they are very concerned about each space. The patio is large and even has a very useful grill sector. It is an excellent place, I highly recommend it, in addition to Lucas being a great host, always attentive to deliver tips or answer questions.

Tremendo place, very well located and as shown in the pictures. When the house arrived it was spotless and very tidy. Alfonso is always attentive and available to answer any questions and concerns. The house is very well equipped, with everything you need to have a pleasant time.

We had a great stay. The house is as shown in the photos. It is a very quiet and very comfortable place, ideal for resting with family or in a group. It's a big house and it's well equipped, only the coffee maker didn't work and I would say that the pool needs maintenance, but nothing that affected our comfort and rest. Joaquín is very nice and was always attentive, from the time of booking. Communication with him was easy and, despite being in another city, he even helped us solve some problems we had on the first day. The caretaker is a very friendly man too. He welcomed us, explained everything to us and was attentive to us throughout our stay. I would definitely come back to this house.
