The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The vacation rental is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and is fully equipped! It is suitable for 2+2 people( in the bedroom is a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed - an air bed-optional sofa bed)! Price will cost every extra person for 2 people 25Euro,baby bed+chair + 15€! In addition, there is unfortunately a tourist tax of €1.20/day per person, which has to be paid in cash on site! The garden(barbecue) can also be used!

The apartment is located in a district of Kaufbeuren - a pretty medieval town – in the Neugablonz district. Shopping facilities are available on foot 5 minutes away. 1 parking space is available free of charge on the premises!
