Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

We stayed here for weekend in November with multi-generations of family members. Lots of space to spread out - and the middle age group enjoyed the turn-table! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Garrett’s place. The apartment location can’t be beat, right on the water and walking distance to town but also nice and peaceful. Our family enjoyed the balcony and the comfy living room and kitchen. Would recommend!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

Great stay and in the perfect location, the beach was right across. Great restaurants minutes away and very peaceful and quiet. The place was very clean.

Sweet, cozy house that’s perfect for 2-3 people. Very comfortable bathroom and kitchen, esp for a smaller house. Great outdoor space and loved the rope swing!

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

A beautiful cottage. Our dogs loved the beach and we loved hearing the ocean at night. Best of all, we saw North Atlantic Right Whales at Long Point. In a world where it can be difficult to sleep well - I slept like a baby!

Lisa's place is so lovely. It is so peaceful and has a great view. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Lisa is a great communicator and we were easily able to get questions answered. When we had an issue (not related to our stay) Lisa was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sun- Kissed cottage! Meg was super responsive and helpful and the house was so charming and has beautiful views. Everything was very clean and clutter free. There were plenty of beach chairs and kayaks for everyone. We loved our stay!

This cottage was really just perfect. Inviting and spotless, felt right at home instantly. Loved the beachy decoration. It's very close to the beach (did not count the steps but 300 seems about right!) and they thought of just about everything you might need. I didn't have a chance to use the bikes or grill (it rained/was chilly most of the time) but they were easy to get too/looked new. LOVED the firepit. Beds were very comfortable, shower was fantastic (good pressure!) I had one issue come up due to a thunderstorm/high winds and they took care of it immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a Perfect Beach Escape – Ideal Location The location is fantastic – just a short stroll to the beach and a quick walk to town, where you’ll find everything from cozy cafes to trendy shops and local restaurants. You can go from a lazy beach day to a shopping store. The house itself is a great. It’s beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, filled with natural light, and impeccably clean. The layout is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for when you want to cook up a meal. The outdoor spaces are amazing too – a spacious deck with comfortable seating, a grill, and the sound of ocean waves in the background. One of the highlights is the attention to detail. We would rate this place 10 stars if we could. Mary Ellen and Danny were the most wonderful hosts and both incredibly friendly. The place was spotless and smelled divine. The little details and goodies made the stay perfect. We will absolutely be returning and have recommended this air b&b to our friends and family!

Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home for your next vacation. From communication to cleanliness and comfort, you won’t find a nicer place to stay. We have never stayed at an AirBnb that had everything we needed: - Extra towels - Fully and I mean fully equipped kitchen - washer/dryer w detergent & fabric sheets - forgot shampoo, toothpaste or Q-tips? No need to run out to the store, they have you covered! - multiple pillows so you can choose the one you’re most comfortable with - water views with ducks! We couldn’t take advantage of the lovely deck due to the weather but we enjoyed the views everyday! There was honestly nothing missing. Lindsey and Patrick have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They didn’t skimp on quality. No stained, rough towels or sheets, no rusty cookware. They even had a popcorn maker, food processor, food scale, and multiple coffee makers. Thank you, Lindsay and Patrick for a stress free vacation!

Serenity! Sarah’s house was such a peaceful spot with many nice touches in decoration and lighting. Although it was only half a mile from the nice little downtown, it felt very secluded. We stayed there because we had an event in the area, but we would go back for a quiet retreat. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and had enough space. The little things like enough pans, silverware, and paper towels were appreciated. Sarah was flexible and communicated well.

We had the absolute best time staying at Serenity Cottage with our friends for a long weekend. Perfect for grilling, enjoying the outdoors, and idealistic coastal vibe everyone craves. Highly recommend taking the kayaks out as often as possible after sipping your morning coffee. Would recommend anyone stay here for a perfect getaway! The photos do not do it justice!

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. Donna was a wonderful host. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Communication was spot on. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. This is one of the best AirBnB homes I've stayed in. The location was great. Walking along the water was a highlight. We were so happy to visit her home and learn of her family history. We definitely plan to return. There are ton's of restaurants to choose from in the New Bedford-Fairhaven area and Donna has lots of the menus available. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a family meal as well. She has thought of just about everything you could need while away from your own home.
