Great location. Owner was responsive. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. As building is old there is no elevator , stairs are narrow, be careful. I think house is small for 6 person. One big double bed in bedroom, another single bed in bedroom and one sofa in the living area, sofa is big and could be for 2 person.

Very nice and tastefully furnished studio. We enjoyed the place in the heart of Binic. Restaurants, the beach, the Gr34 nearby. We were charmed and intend to come back and stay longer.

We had an amazing night in this home with stunning sea views. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, quiet, clean and perfectly equipped. Waking up to the sound of waves and a sunrise over the water will remain an unforgettable memory. Host was very welcoming and responsive. 100% recommend for a relaxing getaway facing the ocean!

Thank you Severine for a lovely relaxing stay in L’Emeraude and for being such a welcoming host. The studio is very well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s also well placed for visiting St Malo, Dinan and Dinard and is a good location for cycling.

Great stay in this quiet country house but with a nice location since it is minutes from the road infrastructure making it easy to travel to Rennes and its surroundings. House particularly well maintained and very well equipped with quality utensils, accessories and furniture. Very friendly welcome and particularly responsive host.

I had a lovely stay at Cédric's place. The accommodation is pleasant, clean and well appointed. Very good communication, clear instructions for arriving and using the accommodation. Its location allowed me to visit the area. The accommodation is ideally located 30 min from Rennes and 1 hour from the nearest beaches.

Good safe private parking on site. House close to amenities including tourist office, all within easy walking distance.

Beautiful traditional farmhouse in a very peaceful and private setting surrounded by meadow and woods. Well equipped and comfortable accommodation. Will suit groups and larger families, especially if renting all 3 units on site.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful house super well equipped (nothing to be expected) with heated pool, we were 3 couples with 6 children, everyone was delighted despite the bad weather. Céline is very accommodating and even bought a crepe party for us! We had a great time :)

The accommodation is perfect and has been completely renovated recently! The green and peaceful environment is pleasant and the enclosed garden for our furry friends was a real plus! On the other hand, the bedding is new and of good quality, a good sleep is guaranteed! Everything was great.

Thanks to Anne for hosting us. The house was perfect for our weekend. Contemporary while retaining the charm of the old, we had a lovely time there, with the beautiful weather as a bonus!

Very quiet and very well-equipped apartment, in a quiet area but close to downtown. Recommended.

Being a former Binicaise, I really enjoyed the location and private parking.

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

Great welcome and availability by Barbara , The place is peaceful , spacious ,and well located for enjoying the banks of Rance , Dinan , St Malo, Cancale .... A very pleasant weekend!

We had a great time at Florence's who was always responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this small haven of peace without hesitation! The +: a few steps from the shops (great "Maison Malécot" bakery for lovers of good breads and cakes🙂) and the beach.

Anne's apartment is a rare gem, spacious, quiet, bright, clean, very well equipped, there's everything, tastefully decorated, very charming, a very cute terrace, a parking space, there's really good energy and you feel good right away!! Ideally located for visiting Saint-Malo, there's everything you need nearby and 10 minutes from the old town, just perfect! We had a wonderful week and will return to this apartment without hesitation if we return to the area. Thank you so much for your kindness Anne.
