We love the accommodation, organized, very well located, next to the Buenos Aires subway, markets, restaurants and nearby tourist spots. The place is very nice and the Host is very attentive. Super recommendable!

Victoria's place is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard outlet mirrors throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was even a bathrobe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

It was a nice stay at her place, I would definitely recommend it. It was clean and cozy. And the garden was lovely and charming.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

The view of the impeccable garden, the house is very large and comfortable. The rooms are all en-suite, a very good layout. A full kitchen. A huge dining room where we could spend a lot of time together (there were 11 of us). Full grill. Well-equipped outdoor gallery. Very tasteful! Animals. Horseback riding. A lovely oasis and very helpful host. Best to drive a 4 wheel vehicle as the unmade roads are a challenge.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

I went for a long weekend, everything was impeccable. Rosita lives in the house next door and always helped us with everything we needed. Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

The apartment is a cute one! Exactly as in the description. The location is amazing, very close to excellent restaurants, in a safe and quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean!!! Mariano is uniquely kind... he always responded quickly to our questions and helped us with precise directions so that we could find what we needed.
