House vacation rentals in Matanzas Inlet

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

Didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb but upon arrival everything was as expected the house was clean pool was nice had enough space close to interstate which was good everything was perfect if I had to complain maybe more towels recommended and will come back

We had an amazing experience staying at Matthew’s ’s place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including the fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Check-in was seamless and communication with Matthew was excellent. He was incredibly friendly and responsive. We didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our trip so special!

We had a great family vacation at Michelle’s place. The pool was always warm, the game room was fun, and Michelle was very responsive to all my questions. She even went out of her way to make sure my daughter had a high chair.

Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

This amazing home in Saint Augustine exceeded my expectations. It was lovely inside and out and truly felt like home with all of the special touches. The house is very central to Downtown and is an easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. We loved sitting outside by the fire pit and on the front porch. The parking is a big bonus and accommodated 2 SUV’s and my truck which was longer than usual due to kayaks in the back. I would not hesitate to stay again. We loved it!

We loved our stay! Everything was clean and as stated. Greatly appreciated the early check in as well as that awesome lounge area on the porch. Recommend for a relaxing accommodation while exploring what the palm coast beaches.

What a gem of a place! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house SO MUCH. The house was spotless, had tons of natural light, and was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub and pool. How amazing that it overlooked the water... it almost felt like an infinity pool! The game room was a hit with my 9 year old and he played pool for the first time! This was surely a vacation to remember and we would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

Monica’s house is truly spectacular! It looks just like the pictures - beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, lots of light, and tons of space. She’s thought of all the little touches that make the place feel like home. We completely enjoyed the evenings by the pool and playing games around the dining table. The kids found the pool alligators and the PacMan arcade game to be highlights! Monica is a wonderful host and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent her place again! We feel lucky to have found it.

My husband and I honeymooned here.. We absolutely loved it!!! The house is beautiful and a short walk to the end of the road comes out at the beach. Gorgeous ocean view and pleasant community. The host is very friendly, very quick to respond and is helpful when questioned. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this place again ! 10/10

This was exactly what we were looking for!! Extra clean & comfy. Some of the reviews mentioned not having doors to the bathrooms but there are definitely doors😂 James was super responsive and flexible with our check in time. Quick trip to the beach and near all the right spots!

I live in Florida and take my dog and a boat on vacations to other parts of Florida. This place was perfect for the two of us. I like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked and most useable, has all the utensils you may need and the appliances seemed new. Bathroom was clean, well supplied and had plenty of hot water. Sheets, towels, pillows were perfect. Slept like a log. Neighborhood is eclectic and quiet. Straight shot about 1/4 mile to the beach access over the dunes. Absolutely wonderful place to walk with your dog, no people from resorts and condos to deal with. Go early and catch the sunrise. I enjoyed my stay.

5 Stars! A Perfect Beach Getaway We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and the relaxing sound of waves in the background. The home was cozy yet spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout—from extra towels and beach gear to a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved spending our mornings on the deck with coffee. Our host, Melissa, was responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this place. There a quite a few great restaurants in the surrounding area to enjoy, as well. Such an enjoyable stay!

Extremely beautiful modern home! Loved the layout of the house! The pool was the cherry on top! Just a quick 5 minute drive to either downtown with tons of shops/restaurants or 5 mins to the beach! Will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying here. My Husband and I love this house and the convenience to the beach. The beach is clean and the water is great. There are so many restaurants close by. We love everything about staying here and will definitely be coming back. Thank you both

Our family had a wonderful trip to After Hours and found the proximity to the beach perfect! Literally right across the street ! The beach is beautiful and not busy at all:) returning to After Hours and using the pool and hot tub was the perfect end to the day! The house was a lot of fun and perfectly appointed. There were actual spices to use in the kitchen!!! The hosts were so communicative and gave suggestions for places to eat . Our family looks forward to visiting again ❤️❤️

Pure delight in such a lovely setting! Tropical, lush clean landscape, delightful pool so relaxing and just the right size. The lanai patio was screened in , watching TV with coffee in the AM perfect. Comfy beds, nice linens, lots of space, workable pretty kitchen, outdoor shower so convenient, the tv has good choices, the grill so nice to cook on, we were amazed at the accuracy of the position of the dishwasher! Lol YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE! A short pretty walk to the vast huge beach, so nice to do what you want there, no restrictions, dogs, tents, cigars, food, drinks, you can walk for miles and the shells are fun. Loved our stay and walking to the beach, which didn't have many people and was basically empty in the early evenings (we were there mid-May). The house was clean and the towels and sheets very clean. The back patio is lovely and can be used rain or shine due to the over-hang. No mosquitos bugged us in there because of the screen. The hot tub is really nice, with both a seating area and a lie-down area in it, and easy to operate and open/close. We enjoyed the little touches like a chocolate and bottle of water by each bedside in the master bedroom, the little shampoo bottles and makeup remover wipes, some books to read on the bookshelf, and the enjoyable coastal decor. The towel-drying rack outside, the warm outdoor shower, beach wagon/gear, and the surround-sound stereo you can play music on throughout the house were appreciated features! Location is wonderful being about 20 minutes from lots of activities and historic downtown. Definitely plan to return!

It was a memorable vacation. The house was just as the listing showed and also the location to the beach is great. We had a swim in the pool and walked to the beach every day. I highly recommend the stay.
