Farm community in old mill

Stay in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. There is a lot to discover on a tour: the old mill and fortifications, fields for growing vegetables, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays) and, last but not least, our flock of chickens. Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge.
