Bei Bedarf können im Wohnzimmer zwei weitere Personen separat schlafen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." There is plenty to discover on a tour of the farm, starting with the old mill, the weirs for the river and artificial mill canal, fields for growing vegetables, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays and last but not least our flock of chickens. The apartment is very bright and spacious, and can soon be combined with other vacation rentals.

A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .
