Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

Located about 10 minutes to either downtown or the beach, very centrally located! After a long day, make sure you wind down in the hot tub that is in your private yard for your use only

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.

We enjoyed our stay. Great, small place that suited all our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved hanging in the pool and the proximity to restaurants, breweries and the Live Oak Pavilion. Definitely will be back then next time there is a concert of interest.

Wayne and his wife are great hosts they really go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The room is clean and very well supplied with lots of extras provided, including beach chairs and items for kids, family games etc. even waste bags for your dog. We also loved the secure entry, not having to keep up with a key is fantastic!! We’ve never been to Carolina Beach but we decided we loved it here and will make it a favorite vacay spot! Many thanks to Wayne and his wife for making it an Awesome time!! ☀️🌴

We really enjoyed staying here! Conveniently located right in the middle between downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach, about 15 minutes drive to either. The house is tucked away in a corner of the hosts property with plenty of space and privacy. The space itself was very clean and had nice amenities, and we were surprised with freshly baked bread and eggs from the hosts farm, a super nice touch! Kristen was very responsive and helpful, including providing an extensive list of local recommendations for dinner when we asked. We definitely want to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, Charlene’s place was very cozy and felt right at home! Charlene was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly with anything we needed. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close to everything around!
