Vacation rentals with lake access in Mason County

Large place for a big family. Place was clean and had everything what we needed during our stay. A bit far from Olympic park...had lots driving but close to Staircase.

Very clean. Peaceful and relaxing. Good bed, slept well. Beautiful setting and view of the lake. Steve and his wife were very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Felt at home. Thank you both very much!

Very comfortable beds. Recommend highly just small issue with master bed bottom sheet. However minor encourage others to stay in this beautiful home and setting. thank you for a wonderful pace to relax and enjoy. Will be back.

Our stay was fantastic. It was everything and more of what we were hoping for. The house was clean, very comfortable, and a beautiful setting. We loved it!

My husband and I had a great stay with our Sailor over the Thanksgiving holidays. The property was a perfect place to host several of his friends for Thanksgiving dinner. Overall, the best part of the stay was the communication with the Stewarts. They were always super responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area!

I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again!

Alex’s place was fabulous! We took our little one (almost 2 years old) and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable bed with nice linens, nice shower, sauna, yoga studio, etc. The parking pass access to the private beach parks with lake cushman access is really really great! We went to the private park in division 1 which is super kid friendly with beach, dammed swimming area for kids, dock, play ground, clean restrooms with shower, volley ball court. Also great location in that it’s not too deep into lake cushman area so hood sport/ main road is not too far. Overall great and will return!

What a lovely and peaceful spot! We had a great time at the house, and the lake is a great place for the kids to kayak. We would definitely go back and recommend it to others!

Waking up and seeing the mountain across the inlet with the sun shining and deer walking by is an experience like no other! The cabin was peaceful, beautifully appointed, and private without being inaccessible. Wendy is a fantastic host with great communication skills and super proactive . She brought extra supplies without being asked and gave perfect recommendations for sightseeing and meals. You won’t find a kinder host! The place is a lovely size for two with a full kitchen and extremely comfortable bed. There’s a deck and fire pit and anything else you might want for indoor or outdoor relaxation. That said, the place needs a deep clean. It’s everyday clean , but we sent a list of issues with kitchen and bathroom. Nothing super major and might have been fine for a shorter stay and she did offer to become and re clean, but I’d already cleaned . As she had a long contract with penalties for misplacing garbage and other warnings about cleanliness I expected a spotless space.

Tim and Lorrie were Amazing!! From the moment we arrived we found home made cookies and fresh flowers. This place was beautiful. Everything about it. It was a perfect get away from the noise, even our kids said it was a 10/10. The photos don’t do it justice. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect! Location is very easy to find and very central for Washington state adventures within 1-2 hours of several National parks/downtown, ports etc. The house was better than I envisioned - lake views from the main bedroom, kitchen/dining, and living room. The double decks and screen room were great too! My kids loved the kayaks and I loved that it was a small lake - calm waters yet still fun and adventurous for the kiddos. The hammock and chairs for outside seating were comfy! I had forgotten laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner so I was very happy to see that the hosts provided that. Plenty of linens, blankets, towels, and kitchen items (dishes/silverware/pots and pans for cooking etc). Really loved the foldable bed cots - which was great for my youngest to sleep on but would be comfy enough for an extra adult too. House was spacious and perfect for our family vacation! Hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. They also provided great tips for things to see/do/groceries etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic home base from which to explore the Hoodsport / Lake Cushman area for a few days. Great place to stay with a toddler.

Great overall stay, definitely recommend for people looking to have a peaceful getaway. The host was fantastic and very organized. Hope to plan another trip here in the future!
