In the heart of Limoges, located on Place de la République, this studio on the 6th floor with elevator benefits from one of the best views of the city. Its central location will allow you to be close to all amenities and tourist places. Whether it's for a tourist or business stay, you've found the right place. Transportation, shops, cafes, restaurants and stores are just around the corner. Paid Eiffage underground parking is located under the apartment.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Downstairs, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and a master suite. You will be greeted by Guy and Elisabeth who live on the estate. You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, cottage cheese) in the neighboring farm.

Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
