Cozy Cape Cod garden retreat close to everything

This was a great place for us to stay during a friends wedding weekend. We loved going to the nearby Cotuit market for groceries and snacks. There are a few small beaches close by that were very nice to walk on. Nick's house is very comfortable and quiet to stay in. Everything in the house was guest appropriate, very clean spaces, the appliances functioned well and there were plenty of dishes and cooking equipment in the kitchen. The front yard is lovely with so many plants blooming everywhere. The weather was a bit rainy, so we didn't spend much time in the backyard, though it looked inviting. Maybe next time! Thank you!

Marj and Chris were the most welcoming and gracious hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb. I can’t say enough good things about the place and their hospitality. They really went above and beyond from the warm welcome on our arrival day, the check-ins to ensure we had our needs met, and the sweet comments they made about our rambunctious children. The location was great, just a short bike ride (could also walk) to a lovely beach, and the accommodations were everything and more than we needed. Our family of 5 will carry so many memories of our last night there where we just hung out and played pool and games. Highly recommend their place.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

We needed to stay close by for a funeral and Jenny & Ania’s spot was just what we needed. We had a very easy check-in, the place was spotless, and was very cozy for our needs. There was a perfectly convenient shopping area with restaurants less than .2 miles away which was great as we got in late. Our only regret is not having time to try the pool! Thanks so much Jenny and Ania.

Our experience at The Little Ranch was perfect! The house was beautiful, convenient and very clean. The hosts communicated very well and were helpful with everything. Highly recommend staying with them in the cape!
