After that you need a short boat trip to Bara or at low tide addional a short transfer on the beach by motorbike

The place is located inside a family compound, short walk from the main street of the city; near convenience store/supermarket, known fast-food chains, pharmacies, banks & St. Anthony of Padua Cathedral. The well ventilated room is on the 2nd floor of a 2-storey house. The bathroom consists of a working toilet bowl with bidet spray, and a faucet with running water. No shower or heater. The room is quiet, basic, but functional for a provincial island living.

A speed test result screen displays download and upload speeds of 294.41 Mbps and 413.73 Mbps respectively. Connection type is labeled as 'Multi,' with a low ping of 6 ms. The device used is a Pixel 9 Pro, and the test was conducted on June 7, 2025.

I like how easy to find the unit was. It’s in the heart of the city, and numerous establishments are just a short walk away. Even so, the room was quiet and conducive for resting. Getting in was fuss-free. The room itself was also spacious enough and tidy. Great points: -They provide rubber house slippers -There’s a jug of potable water -A cabinet with a few hangers -Fridge and basic kitchen utensils Good to note: -No soap and shampoo, but tissue rolls and body wash are available -Only a single pillow provided The owner was also nice. Only got the chance to talk to her before leaving.

This place was beautiful. Private, romantic place in the nature. Quiet. We were very happy there. Everybody were so nice to us. Always helpful. Bedroom is very nice, bathroom too. This was a great stay. The host was very welcoming and kind and treated me like family. The apartment was clean and all appliances worked great. Cold aircon and super fast wifi. 💯 will stay again.

Ma Cecelia is a well-respected Anaesthesiologist here. Her Airbnb hosting skills didn't differ at all from her reputation! Also, her guide is something I wish I had read before coming to Masbate years ago. Unlike other places that don't deliver what they advertise or have hidden problems, Ma Cecelia's place was above what I expected! To be honest, it felt like a brand new construction as everything was so undamaged and worked as intended (perhaps it is new). On future trips to Masbate, I will be looking for Ma Cecelia's place first. Thanks ma'am!
