Tramonto@Casa Fenice is a Studio apartment 30m from Casa Fenice. It has its own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool. (Please view additional notes for jacuzzi availability in winter) The views over the Saline River valley are beautiful. Only 30mins to the beach and 45mins to the mountains!

About a 10-minute walk to the sea, also reachable by bike, available free of charge. Guests can take advantage of the large garden where they can use the barbecue or relax on the deck chairs. For sports enthusiasts, there is also the possibility of using some gym equipment.

Located in Grottammare, the Pearl of the Adriatic sea, just 50 metres from the beach and the San Benedetto-Grottammare-Cupra Marittima cycle/pedestrian path, which runs along the sea for 16 km, this elegant flat offers a terrace with stunning sea views and a quiet private garden overlooking the hills where the fortified old town, one of Italy's most beautiful medieval villages, stands out.

A refuge in the countryside

⏩ ⚠️ The tent inside is EMPTY! Guests must bring everything they need to sleep, (mattress, sleeping bag, etc.⏬ or they can rent them here in the property, mattress + linen €5 single/ €8 double PER DAY. The use of the kitchen is subject to a daily fee of 2 euros PER TENT. If you take advantage of the buffet breakfast, the cost is €3 per person.
