Un séjour absolument inoubliable au cœur de la médina ! Le Riad Zayan est un véritable havre de paix, magnifiquement décoré, calme et idéalement situé pour découvrir Marrakech à pied. L’atmosphère y est chaleureuse, authentique et pleine de charme. Un immense merci à Laila, notre hôte si attentionnée, toujours disponible et de bon conseil pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Un grand merci également à Chaouki, le concierge, dont la gentillesse, la disponibilité et les précieuses recommandations ont grandement facilité notre séjour. Et bien sûr, un merci tout particulier à Myriam, la cuisinière, pour ses plats délicieux et sa générosité – ses tajines resteront longtemps dans nos mémoires ! Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et l’envie de revenir très vite. Merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Zayan pour cette expérience magique !

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

One of our favourite locations and Airbnb’s ever! The panoramic view was totally unmatched and the perfect way to start and end the day. Everything was perfect other than the bath kept leaking but to be honest, the amazing interior, patio, view and overall vibe trumped any small drawbacks. The location is perfect if you want to visit the city but have your own space and enjoy tranquility. 10 mins walk through the dunes to the beach, amazing little coves 20 ish min walk, beach bar and restaurants just around the corner in the car. Great communication, clean place, 12/10 views, comfy bed, everything you need for cooking! Could not recommend this stay more. We was absolutely gutted to leave. Thank you so much. If you are thinking about staying in this area this is your place!

À mon arrivée j étais un peu sceptique concernant le quartier, mais j ai rapidement découvert une vie de quartier authentique et traditionnelle, C est ce qui fait tout le charme de ce Riad : on est plongé au cœur de la vraie vie locale, au plus près des habitants et de leur quotidien.Le Riad en lui même est impeccable très propre, bien entretenu avec une équipe réactive chaleureuse et toujours à l écoute , Les chambres sont confortables et décorées avec goût. Le jacuzzi un vrai plus idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte . Une très belle expérience ! Je recommande les yeux fermés

Everything about the riad was as described and lovely. It’s a short walk to the markets and shops. We had breakfast and dinner made by Mariam a few times and she was an absolute gem! The AC Works great and while there was 3 of us there, we never ran out of hot water. The bedrooms are a great size, especially the 2 on the second floor with a lot of room to spread out. The host arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and brought to the riad, which was so helpful. I think we would have gotten lost without that! He also arranged a car for us to get to the airport very early in the morning- again, VERY helpful. Colle was very responsive and even shared a list of recommendations upon check in.

Dès la réservation Cristina & Paolo ont été très réactifs et ont préparé au mieux notre arrivée. Nous avons été émerveillées par la beauté du riad et la gentillesse du personnel. Ce riad est le lieu idéal pour se rassembler ef partager des moments conviviaux. Je remercie encore l’ememble du personnel pour leur disponibilité.

Un havre de paix au cœur de la médina ! L’emplacement est parfait : central, à deux pas de l’effervescence des souks, mais incroyablement calme dès qu’on franchit la porte du Riad. Le lieu est décoré avec un goût exquis : un mélange subtil d’inspirations marocaines et contemporaines, jamais cliché, toujours juste. L’atmosphère est apaisante, chaleureuse et authentique. Mais ce sont surtout Fatimzahra et Simo qui ont donné toute la magie à notre séjour. Leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur discrétion, leur générosité et la qualité de nos échanges ont rendu notre semaine unique. Chaque matin, un petit déjeuner différent, généreux, savoureux, nous attendait. La cuisine de Fatimzahra est une merveille : authentique, locale, pleine de saveurs et de cœur. Ils ont été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponibles et bienveillants. Grâce à eux, Marrakech a eu une toute autre saveur. Othman ist ein unglaublich gastfreundlicher und proaktiver Gastgeber! Wir erhielten diverse Tipps und Hilfsangebote während unseres Aufenthalts und alle Fragen wurden immer ausführlich beantwortet. In der Wohnung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Sie war modern und bequem eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral aber ruhig - gut für erholsame Tage im schönen Essaouira.

Das Apartment war in einer tollen Lage, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und der Empfang herzlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt – gerne wieder! Dankeschön

Bereits nach Buchung der Unterkunft war die Kommunikation sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Als wir in Marrakesch ankamen, konnten wir sogar früher einchecken und am Abreisetag auch etwas länger bleiben - absoluter Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und optimal für sämtliche Aktivitäten und um die Stadt zu erkunden. Vielen Dank!

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue excelente. La limpieza estaba impecable, lo cual se agradece muchísimo y te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. La ubicación es ideal, en una zona muy cómoda y bien conectada. El anfitrión fue un encanto: súper amable, atento en todo momento y muy agradable, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial. El lugar en sí es muy acogedor, con un ambiente cálido y cuidado al detalle. Sin duda, repetiría y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Ik heb een geweldige ervaring gehad met Younes en zijn team! Ze zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik ben meerdere keren in Marrakech geweest maar deze service slaat alles! Ik kon altijd bij ze terecht en ze staan altijd voor je klaar. Ze spreken ook vloeiend Engels, dat scheelt ook enorm. Locatie is geweldig! Naast het apartment is er een kleine thee huis waar je kan eten en drinken. Ik zou dit apartment en locatie zeker aanraden!

Fatima & Momo are really great ! They are very helpful & very responsive! Nothing it’s a problem for them ! Flat is quite! I must say there is very comfortable bed and nice bathroom! Internet works well. For sure I will come back to this place !

Un véritable coup de cœur ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec un vrai concept, une énergie et une atmosphère incroyables. Tout est parfaitement pensé, c’est un lieu magique où l’on se sent très bien dès l’arrivée. En plus, Bruno a toujours été très réactif et attentionné dans ses réponses, ce qui est très appréciable et rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Het appartement bevind zich in een goede buurt en is een goede uitvalsbasis om je activiteiten uit te voeren. Wat ik het fijnst vond aan het appartement is de hygiene. De badkamer, keuken en meubels zijn schoon. En vooral de badkamer en de douche zijn heerlijk. Voor mij erg belangrijk. Speciale dank aan Layla, ze reageerden altijd heel snel en vriendelijk. De dingen die ontbraken werden snel in orde gemaakt.

Lo logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Hakim et son entourage ont été à l’écoute, réactifs et arrangeants. Je recommande, sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cet appartement. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Le quartier est calme et bien situé.
