Beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment and as shown in the photos. Quiet residence with very good location. We had a pleasant stay! I would recommend it in a second!

Certainly one of the boojier riads around. However it most certainly makes up for the slightly higher price. Ayoub was our host and bless this man as he was very helpful and quite responsive. We came to the riad super tired from a desert tour and he was most accommodating. Absolutely gorgeous breakfast as well! You wont be sorry to book this riad.

We felt like at home in the riad. The support from the housekeeper was very personable and proactive. We could even organize a short trip through them, which we didn't expect at all. The roof terrace is a real treat during this time of year. The riad is very centrally located if you want to go to the Djemaa El-Fna or the souks. The Jardin Majorelle is also just a jump away from the Jardin. All in all, a positive experience.

Tarik's Riad is beautiful and really peaceful place in the middle of busy Medina. Walk to Riad is short, once you find it :) It is in a peaceful alley just near the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. We really enjoyed our stay there. The inner courtyard was lovely to have your breakfast or coffee. Bed was comfortable to sleep it and the room was beautiful. Tarik was helpful and had good recommendations for everything we asked. We really loved our time in Tarik's Riad and Marrakesh.

Ideal accommodation for a quiet stay near the central square. The terrace is lovely for relaxing. We had a little trouble finding the place, but once we arrived, no complaints, we were very happy!

We had a lovely (short) stay in Marrakech, in the Riad of Kévin. A few misadventures with a luggage carrier but the Riad staff took us out of business The room was very clean and as described. We were with our 1-year-old daughter, a child's bed was available, we could warm up her dishes and take her in the shower without difficulty (be careful medina not convenient with a stroller) The staff was lovely We'll be happy to go back!

We felt right at home every day we stayed at the Riad. Everything was impeccable: clean, well kept and with a lot of attention to detail. Our room has been cleaned daily, and we really appreciate it. Clean towels and everything tidy every day. Breakfast, spectacular. But what really made the difference was the staff: so kind and attentive that we were left speechless to thank them. Thank you to any and all of them. If I return to Marrakech, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

A huge thank you to Tewfik, an exceptional host, always available and attentive throughout our stay. His team is just as responsive and caring, with a special mention for Imad, who greeted us with great kindness and responded to all our requests with a smile. Tewfik even had the kindness to accompany us himself to the airport at 4 a.m.… a rare gesture that speaks volumes about the quality of the welcome. The riad is beautiful, very clean, air-conditioned, without any bad smell or insects, and there is a subtle scent of orange blossom. For such a charming place and services of this level, the rates are really very affordable. We'll be happy to go back!

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. My room was comfortable and clean. The Riad is beautiful, decorated well. I liked the rooftop and the heated pool the most. Easy check-in/check-out. The location is convenient, and walkable. I would like to stay here again.

Excellent stay for our break in Marrakech. We were very well received from the airport with a transfer to the riad of Boris. Careful staff and a big thank you to Saida for her kindness, advice and services. The riad is very clean, comfortable bedding, nice patio and pool and a beautiful rooftop.

This listing is truly perfect! The riad is EXACTLY as shown in the pictures if not better. The room was very clean and had an air conditioner and private balcony. There was a great pool to cool off in and a beautiful rooftop that gave beach club feels. The roof had an outdoor shower, a couple of cabanas as well as lounge chairs. They offered a large breakfast every morning with fresh squeezed juice. The staff were all extremely friendly especially the host who checked me in, Esme! They gave me a map of Marrakesh and the host showed me all of her favorite places to eat, great excursions and the must visit places in Marrakesh. All in all it is a great riad and I definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad, as soon as we arrived one of the employees kindly helped us carry our suitcases. Excellent lunch and a very peaceful place! We recommend this beautiful haven of peace if you are looking for relaxation and calm. We were welcomed as at home. Thanks again for our stay:)

You enter the gate of Khalid's resort, and you feel like you can breathe again! The first thing you hear is the song of the birds in the olive trees... The smell of the orange trees is wonderful...and then you see the swimming pool...and nothing can spoil your day anymore! Thank you to Khalid and Driss for the warm welcome!

The place is a bit a bumpy road, and my gps was going sometimes off the course. Managed to find the place and the staff was really helpful. We received a welcome tea with some nibbles. Highly rated place to be away from Civilisation.

We had a lovely stay in the Riad and everything was perfect! The staff was very warm and kind. The services were excellent and we enjoyed our dinner at the Riad very much. Views from the rooftop were as beautyful as the Riad was! We hope to visit again in the future and can warmly recommend Riad Anya for everyone! Thank you!

I booked this place while I was on my way to Marrakech, so it was a hectic day. But thankfully the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and immediately sent me the location and instructions to my phone, which made my drive there much easier. The room was comfortable, and the staff at the hotel were very warm and friendly. They also served good breakfast, a nice way of wrapping up my brief yet lovely stay there.

This Riad was beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great. I will say the location was about a 20-30 min walk to the Medina. If you are a female traveling solo, I would definitely book a place closer. Parts of this walk did feel unsafe or uncomfortable as men would holler at you. A bit tricky to find when coming back at night as gps didn’t always work well. But overall the actual Riad was amazing and so were the hosts!
