Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Marrakesh

An oasis away from the busy centre of Marrakech. The views were amazing from the gardens and pool, we loved sitting out there in the evenings. A local lady cooked for us and it was lovely, I’d recommend booking it. It was about 30/40 mins from the centre however, we didn’t have a car and were out in touch with a local taxi driver who was reliable and had a good rate. My young daughter loved the goats at the end of the garden and the tortoises roaming around. The village was peaceful and locals friendly. The local shop doesn’t sell much so I’d recommend stopping at the supermarket in the city before arriving.

Great stay, host is responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The place is clean and in the center of the market. Worth the price!

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

A really spacious riad with an excellent location. It is just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions, but is quiet and peaceful being just off the main street. We slept well throughout our stay. The riad had everything we needed. The housekeeper Fatima was so friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast every day which made our stay very relaxing. Karine replied quickly and efficiently to our messages both before and during our stay and answered all the questions we had. She also arranged a transfer from the airport, which was very helpful, particularly as we were new to Marrakech. There were plenty of rooftop restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the end of the street. It's an excellent location for an authentic medina experience and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Matthieu place is very walkable but his great recommendations made our arrival stressfree. Fatima prepared a lovely meal and assisted with our plans. What a magnificent riad!

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at and I can’t recommend it enough!! The riad is gorgeous, spacious, and clean as well as very centrally located to all of Marrakech’s major sites. Bahia was an amazing help and always went above and beyond for us - answering all our questions, giving us directions, printing our boarding passes, and cooking us a delicious breakfast every morning. Our visit to Marrakech would not have been the same without her. Do not hesitate to book this place!!

Sherine is a great host! Responds within minutes and really made us feel welcome. Khadijah is a gem and made us feel right at home. She cooks a great breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

The airbnb is beautiful and exactly what you see in the pictures. But keep in mind it’s also in the heart of the medina and short walk from the nearest parking. While this was exciting for me, my old parents had a slightly challenging time. There are many tourists living in the area and it is a safe place. The neighbours are very sweet and helped when I had a problem with the lock of the door.

We had a lovely 2-day stay at this place. The place is clean, well-appointed and as advertised. Mr. Othmane was very welcoming, available, and very responsive, which made our stay simple and enjoyable. I highly recommend this listing for a good stay and we'll be happy to come back. Thanks again!

Very nice accommodation, very available host, it's very nice. The pool is great, the place is not very busy in June and very family-friendly, we appreciate the calm that reigns there. The apartment is very good, if you like cats, a white kitten with red spots will be happy to meet you. 🤩

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s wonderful apartment! The place was super clean, very quiet, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing with my family. Communication with Sam was smooth and easy; he replied quickly and was always helpful. Honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights because we didn’t want to leave! Sami is a very responsive host. The apartment is very well located, clean and well decorated. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it's very large and looks well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it's not done much in Morocco, but a small shower curtain would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main roads of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, carriage rides nearby. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small supermarket downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to access it, so you can't go there in just a swimsuit, you have to get dressed since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and offer good advice, thank you both very much!

Where to start … we had a great time with the family (great grandparents , grandparents , grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Riad was perfectly located to discover the famous red city; a remarkable cleanliness and as described. But how not to talk about Hanane and Radija: availability , kindness , excellent food, lots of tenderness and kindness. Two upsetting people as they were attentive and adorable. Two people who marked our stay and thanks to whom we will keep a wonderful memory of this time spent with family. Looking forward to coming back soon . Thank you for everything

An unforgettable girls’ trip in the most beautiful villa! We stayed at this stunning villa in Morocco for a girls’ trip with 13 women, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how breathtaking and secluded the property was—perfect for a relaxing and luxurious escape. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Saloua and her amazing team—they went above and beyond for us every single day and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us! Every detail was thoughtful, the setting was peaceful and private, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We made memories that will last a lifetime—and we are already planning our return. This place is a hidden gem and we can’t recommend it enough!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful Riad. It is a gorgeous property and Christian and Catherine were very helpful with plans and very responsive to communications. Absolute recommend this house. Clean and a lot of space. Relaxing area with a small pool that catches the late sun before dinner time. Amazing cook (that could be booked) - very flexible and nice Also a plus that Filip are very helpful and answers super quick. House approx 25mins from Medina, gated community so a safe place. A team takes care of the house and you. They were very helpful. The house was in a safe area and spotless. There are areas in the garden of the house where you can tow your car. The house was very quiet and peaceful compared to the crowd and hustle of the city. The kind you'd want to stay even longer. We swam and sunbathed a lot. It was about 17 minutes by car to the city, but you can choose to stay at home instead of visiting the city. There were fruit trees, and we ate a few of them while we were there :) You can even come to Marrakech to stay in a house equipped with only these Authentic items 😅

A great stay in this beautiful villa located about 20 minutes' drive from the center. An impeccable welcome by Nourdine who went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The villa is extremely well designed and perfect for large groups. Very good standing. Finally, a big thank you to the cook who treated us to her tajine and couscous, bravo!

Mohamed and all the people who work in the house are very attentive and polite. For those who don't want to be in the city center and are looking for a little more calm, it's perfect, in 10 minutes you can get anywhere. Markets, pharmacies, shops and restaurants 1 minute away by car. Totally recommended
