Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We initially Booked the property for 3 days but after we have taken look at the place in person we have extended the booking by one more day. One thing to say "Worth the Price" - Best place to be if u want to stay near Candolim, Calangute and Baga. And Surprisingly a responsive host and really had great time staying in the place.

We had an amazing stay. Sukoon was just neat and clean. Very cool interiors. Sukoon is full of all the necessities including iron , washing machine, hair dryer, oven etc. You will feel right at home. Great stay. amenities are great. specially for family with child. kitchen set-up is nice. Host Ayushi is very helpful. even for small thing like Wi-Fi, she specially arranged person to check and corrected. Overall will like to stay there again.

This property, a 3rd-floor unit with FC Barcelona based theme, is an absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated apartment which is immaculately maintained and has top notch amenities. The highlight of the stay was definitely the jacuzzi in a bathroom - what a treat! But the real showstopper was the infinity pool on the 4th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Nerul River. I'm so glad I chose this property for my stay! The owner has thoughtfully curated every detail to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities, everything was perfect. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were exceptional.
