Welcome to our 73 sqm, cozy apartment with a south-east balcony in the Chiemgau! It is located in Niedernfels, a quiet district of Marquartstein. It is about 1.5 km to the town center, 3 km to the small swimming lake near Grassau and around 15 km to Lake Chiemsee. Numerous hiking trails start directly behind the house. The Chiemgau is also a paradise for cycling tours. Families are attracted to the nearby fairy tale park for a visit.
