Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The small apartment has about 30 m², a shower + toilet as well as a living/sleeping room with an integrated kitchen area and is particularly suitable for couples and business travelers. If you are looking for accommodation for activities in the capital Berlin or in a beautiful, scenic environment, you are very well accommodated here. The tram to Berlin is about a 7-minute walk away, from there by S-Bahn to the city again about 45 minutes, by car you can reach the city center in 30 minutes.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Take a deep breath and pause! Schlagenthin is a small village with lots of nature. There are many lakes in the area that can be explored by bike or on foot. Should it go to the capital, no problem, the train station is a 10-minute walk away. For small children, Willes world is just the thing. A large playground and many animals can be seen there.🐅🐫🦓 Buckow is not far away, there are cafes , restaurants and an ice cream shop with their own production.
