The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

BLISS am SEE

Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

Entire apartment right in the old town of Arbon old town

My accommodation is located in the old town of Arbon. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building without elevator. In the lower part of the house there is a shop. Lake Constance with its parks is about 100 meters away. St. Gallen with its beautiful old town is worth a visit. The nearby Appenzellerland invites you to hikes. The islands of Mainau, Konstanz, Lindau, Bregenz and Friederichshafen are easily accessible by boat or train.

Charming 2-room apartment in the middle of Markdorf

The quiet apartment is located in a descriptive, listed building within walking distance of the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped. Netflix, Prime and Spotify are already saved. The lively town of Markdorf is located at the foot of the Gehrenberg, which offers numerous hiking and biking trails. Friedrichshafen, Immenstaad and Meersburg are within 10 minutes' drive. If necessary, by arrangement, we can also provide up to two bicycles.

Room to dream

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the first floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.
