A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Cozy cottage located right on the water's edge with large south facing terrace. During the summer months there is a rowboat and a canoe at your own jetty as well as charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cabin that reaches all the way down to the jetty. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can hang out in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your holiday, such as a microwave dishwasher as well as a large fridge and freezer.

There's a lot of hiking in the woods. There are 9 acres of land with the house, so there's really plenty of space!

Beautiful surroundings, about 3 km to the bathroom. The house is located in Surtadalen between Björketorp and Footskäläl. Surtan is a tributary to Viskan with good fishing opportunities. Golf course in Kinna.

I närliggande området finns en bondgård för besökare med möjlighet att hyra cyklar och kanoter. Många fina vandrings leder finns i närliggande område och Hallandsleden passerar bara en liten bit bort. Tyst och lugnt.
