Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, biking, swimming in abundance. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. With car, it takes 20 min to GBG. SUP and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Here, the calmness and silence comes here in addition to some birdsong and occasional woodpecker. Small, unique house in the countryside with several hundred years of history. There is a tiled stove that works, a beautiful old wood stove in the kitchen (which, however, does not work), there are log walls and wooden floors. There is also a beautiful Malmsjö piano. In this lovely house with several bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family or even two families. Proximity to several lakes and both forest and meadow directly on the property. Nice house by the lake Lygnern. Peaceful and close to nature. Two bedrooms, one with a single bed (140cm), the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed (140cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (150 cm), i.e. 6-8 sleeping places upstairs. In the lower level there are two 90 cm beds and two folding beds, i.e. 4 extra sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, freeze. Extra freezer. Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Extra WC. Sauna.
