Beautiful and cozy home with a very comfortable living room. The place was spotless and spacious, and fully gave that Cape vibe we were looking for. The location was perfect, with beaches in walkable distances and a very quiet neighborhood. Amazing restaurants nearby as well. Perfect experience.

We had such a great stay at Kerry and Nan's home! I had spoken to them in advance via messages regarding my concern for pet allergies since they do allow pets in the home. Upon arrival I was so very impressed at how squeaky clean the home was! My adult son and I have severe allergies to pets and we had none at all while staying in their home! The place itself is so cute and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we could not take advantage of the yard, but we hope to stay here again one day and do so! The yard is just lovely. We had an issue with the climate control and Kerry and Nan were right on top of the issue and called me personally and even offered to come over if necessary to take care of the issue! We did manage over the phone, however, so it was not necessary. Their responsiveness is unmatched, quick to answer every message and speedy to fix the minor issue. We really hope to stay here again one day! Thank you, Kerry and Nan!

Stayed for 3 nights at Scott’s house and it was terrific. House was very clean and kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the coffee station and the outdoor space. Great location near Cape Cod. House was as described and communication was great.😎

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

We enjoyed our weekend get away at Kara's. The bed was comfy, house had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside, listening to the birds and watching the bunny rabbits in the yard.

A lovely home with a lovely host! The house was well stocked, clean and the beds were really comfortable. Dawn was very responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating to our requests. We even extended our time for an additional week and it was a breeze. Beach is within walking distance and it was a nice local beach. Of course dog friendly is always a must for us and Izzy was welcome here. All in all a great stay in a great area! Highly Recommend. We will be back. Thank you for everything!!!!

We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

The outdoor space of the accommodation is beautiful—very calm and peaceful. With the GPS and Cathleen’s directions, it was very easy to find the place. The house is very well equipped—from the kitchen and bathroom to the living room—and the bed is super comfortable. It’s definitely worth staying for more than just one night, which unfortunately wasn’t possible for us. Cathleen’s parents are incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

My daughters and I spent the weekend here, and it truly was a perfect stay! We traveled from New Jersey to visit my nephew who lives in New Bedford, and the apartment’s location—just 6 minutes away—couldn’t have been more convenient. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to prepare a delicious Saturday morning breakfast. The bathroom was impressively spacious, and I have to rave about the towels and bedding—absolutely luxurious! The bath towels, in particular, were divine. I’d love to know where they were purchased so I can get some for my own home. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the thoughtful touches—like the lovely houseplants—gave the apartment a warm, homey feel. I'm so glad I found this gem! I visit the area often and will definitely be booking again. Vania provided clear, detailed instructions and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. A solid 10 out of 10 across the board!

This was our second time staying at Carlina's place. It's a lovely apartment attached to the house with a private entrance. Very safe and well-kept, clean and very comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the sofa bed was very comfy too according to my teenage son. Fully equipped kitchen, not to mention the fresh eggs she leaves for her guests from her own chickens. They made for a delightful breakfast with our leftover Portuguese pops (rolls) from Antonio's restaurant (wonderful authentic Portuguese food--go!). Plenty of towels, toilet paper, linens, toiletries, and laundry detergent. Carlina is an extremely responsive host and I will stay with her again! Thank you for everything!

We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it honestly made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Relaxing girls get away weekend. Amazing views, very walkable and friendly town and beach. (Delicious local ice cream shop- vegan options too!). The perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and make some delightful memories.

Monica & TJ’s listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is spotless and well appointed. The extra little touches such as quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (not Wally World brand), snacks, and of course the pastries upon check in- are so nice. These things tell me that they care about their guests and their experience. Great binder on the “How to use” + suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc. Very helpful! The best part was how close to the beach this rental is! 100% would stay here again; experience to value ratio = A+ !

Cara's place was expertly appointed and decorated as well as very spacious and comfortable. We felt at home with the quirky floors and eclectic decorations. It was quiet with a small town feel and we felt like the only ones there even though it was part of a commercial building. There was a nice write up of tips on the table and how to use things in the apartment but I would have liked to see that in the listing ahead of time. Would help understand what was there and how to navigate things like the plug in the bathroom only works with the light switch on. You would have laughed at me drying my hair one day with a plug in the kitchen. :) All minor things but would be helpful to know ahead of time. Cara was always friendly and helpful when asked and she notified us of when there was a bridal appointment next door.

Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

We were very happy with our stay at Pelham Court! The unit was spacious, bright, clean, and well equipped. We could easily fit a pack n play in the bedroom and they provided a high chair for the kitchen area. The bathroom was also a great size! The only downside is that our room (#5) was closest to the Main Street and the noise from the bars was pretty loud. Bring earplugs/noise machine for overnight if you’re there for a weekend. Being close to the Main Street was great for easy access to everything, but it also means you’ll hear the crowds and music at night. So just keep that in mind if you’re planning to go with kids.

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and also easy to drive from to hit major spots along the Cape Cod bay. Sam provided some good local recommendations and we loved our stay!

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!
