You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

Just a 7 minute drive to Middletown Commons for even more options! 7 minutes the other way and you'll arrive at Fairmont State University. A great location with a nice view from the front or back porch! Cozy garden in the back.

Full of amenities for a whole family, including a grill, corn hole, tvs, and a PS4. 3 floors and all connected with steps, as well as two furnished porches to admire outdoor scenery with your group. While ideal for larger groups or events, it would still prove enjoyable for a couple or two, with ample room to themselves.

The football stadium, coliseum, aquatic center, baseball field, and soccer stadium are only a short drive away. You will love the family friendly neighborhood and how close you are too many activities and restaurants.

Relax at our convenient getaway- a simple loft, recently renovated, perfect for a small family, couple, or small group of friends! Only a short drive or uber trip to downtown, WVU, and the stadium. Our space is new and we are still working out some details, for example, the refrigerator does not seem to be working and there is no TV at present.
