Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Marion County

This place was perfect for me and my partner for a weekend get away to the pride parade! It was as described, well stocked kitchen and a very cozy atmosphere! only complaints are the bedroom door hinges were caked with paint so it didnt latch fully, the kitchen didnt have salt pepper or oil like the listing said it would, and the hanging lights on the side of the bed flickered slightly like a strobe light when turned on so we couldn't use them. (this could ne fixed by having the correct bulbs in the fixtures, the lights are on a dimmer switch while the bulbs aren't dimmer bulbs) Honestly not enough to take off a star but I felt worth mentioning. otherwise we have a great stay!

Fantastic stay! Cannot recommend this place enough. It’s in the best area. Close to anything you could possibly want to do. Everything was perfect, the amenities were amazing. Privacy was awesome. Hosts were super friendly & responsive & incredibly helpful. I cannot wait to plan our next stay & enjoy this perfect home away from home. 💕

The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was very peaceful and relaxing. The communication with Tony was great - he always responded in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

Nicolle’s place is simply adorable. Super clean, very cosy, interior designer little house with everything one would need. Combination of decor and color translate into high energy vibes. Location is good, 10 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Would rent again if I come back to Indianapolis. Thanks Nicolle!

Every time I’m in Indy I check to see if Joan's AirBnb is available. Walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants. Also I love the vintage style of the architecture. 7 out of 5 stars

Carlos was a great host. Very communicative and helpful. Sent us lots of good recommendations beforehand and checked in with us during the stay. Price was very good for the location and with all of the big events happening in Indianapolis at that time. Would definitely recommend.

My dog and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Robin’s! We stayed here on our way up to Minnesota and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area. Great location, super easy to find, and everything was beautifully decorated and super clean. The backyard was a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed being able to sniff around and stretch his legs after a long car ride. Would recommend :)

I loved this unit and area!!! I loved all the walking ppl did, the close by restaurants, and all the parks as well. The unit has a lot of character and was nice and clean. The hosts are very responsive and respectful... I would definitely stay at this unit again!!! Great price too!!!

What a wonderful place to stay. Our only regret: it was just one night. If our travels bring us back to Indy - we know where to stay. The place is exactly as described and bonus - there's a dedicated garage for the car. Also, just a short drive to downtown Indy for the bars and restaurants.

This place is amazing. From the decor to the comfortable I had there. When I tell you i have never just passed straight out probably the best sleep I had . It was the little snacks hahahaha . Definitely would love to back and stay again soon

This place was even cuter than the photos. Great location, the AC worked great, super clean and comfy. Our teenager enjoyed listening to the record player. Would stay again if coming to Indy for a concert!

Michael is a great host and his place is truly amazing. It is well appointed, creatively decorated, and has one of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens we have had the pleasure of experiencing. The neighborhood is walkable and friendly. We have already made our next reservations, and would recommend it to anyone!

Loved this space, very safe in both the unit itself and the parking situation as well. Found a load of new friends at the local restaurant Brew Link (maybe a 8 min walk from the apartment) and it wasn't too hard to explore staples like Mass Ave on foot from the location either. Bed was super comfy and lovely amenities to be used, all the creature comforts necessary. Thank you!

great place and location

My friends & I stayed at James’ place for pride weekend, & it was BEAUTIFUL. There was a perfect view of Mass Ave, & we were able to watch the pride parade right from the living room window. It was just steps away from all of our favorite places - Francis & Fern, 3 Dog Bakery, Needlers, & Starbucks. The apartment was clean, cozy, & had everything we needed. I will definitely be back next year!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a Fever game, and the location to Gainbridge can’t be beat - it’s a 2 min walk. Plus restaurants, bars, CVS, etc, are all within a few minutes. Felt very safe - area is well lit at night, building is very secure. The unit was clean and well-kept, and Austin sent detailed instructions on checking-in, checking-out, parking, etc. The only downside, which this is not the host’s fault, is that because the unit is in the heart of everything, it can be loud during the night. But I guess that’s the trade-off to being close to everything.

Christy was a excellent host for their beautiful place. Great location, safe and friendly people around. It was like being on an island paradise of racing in the downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to stay!
