You are close to KP Hole Park where you can rent paddle boards canoes or tubes. Take the golf cart and ride to our home from the river park! Two kayaks and paddle boards incl Super convenient, nice kitchen, new appliances, Washer and dryer on site. Perfect weekend getaway or stay longer!

Home has been updated with central air and heat, new water filtration system and softener, new furnishings, tile flooring, kitchen, and bathroom. Minutes from natural springs (Salt Springs Recreation Park) where you can swim. Activities in the area include canoeing, fishing, boating, hiking/walking trails, swimming, and much more. It's a great place to relax and get away. There's a fire pit and dock to enjoy as well.

Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.
