Hatim's place matches the photos perfectly. And it's in a very secure complex and the security guards are very friendly. Hatim was very responsive and available when we needed him. He recommended a very nice beach and also very good restaurants around the corner from the house. The location is just beautiful, with breathtaking views, especially in the morning at sunrise. The accommodation is located on the ground floor with access to a beautiful terrace. And best of all, a swimming pool a few meters from the front door.

The stay in this apartment was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. Linens (sheets, towels) are of high quality, which adds to the comfort. The location is ideal: a short walk to the beach, which allows you to fully enjoy the seaside without having to travel. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The pool view was stunning, and the residence was very quiet during this period, which made our stay even more relaxing. We stayed for two nights in this apartment to get out of the city. It was a great stay--the home itself was really nice and had mostly everything you needed (only thing was we didnt have salt, oil, or dish soap...all of which are common essentials provided by air bnbs with kitchens), it was clean and the views were good. The host answered right away and the men he sent to help us check in and out were wonderful, super helpful, and quick to arrive if we needed something. My only minor complaint of why I think it's slightly overpriced is it is up a huge hill and it off the beach a decent 15 minute walk by the time you walk all the way around and the images make it look like it's right on the water. And though the view is over the water, there's a highway in between, so one can't really enjoy the ocean...it sounds like a highway all morning and night. The front porch wasn't very relaxing for this reason. But the views were nice and it was in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Thank you!!

Our host was super nice. We arrived very late at 2 a.m. We found our host downstairs in the building. I thank him for his help. The apartment is good value for money and well located, clean, functional and he gave us an address to go eat in the middle of the night. Great. Thank you again for everything.

Mohammed was very friendly, helpful, available, and highly professional. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything and I needed nothing. Even when I asked him if I could have a phone charger he brought one to my door. I highly recommend this place and this host.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay! Its the kind of place that makes you think to yourself "i could live here". Sunrise views were beautiful. Villa full of character with original wood architectural details. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need make cooking a joy. There were plenty of extra blankets and I used most of them because the weather was so cold and stormy - it was so nice to have the extra blankets available in the villa to use as needed. The host was friendly and responsive, brought us an extra coffee maker, and gave us an indoor clothes drying rack when it was raining a lot without us asking and it helped us a lot. It was the little things that made this stay excellent. I highly recommend!

We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is just perfect, right across the sea, offering an amazing view. In addition, the proximity to the border of Ceuta (Spain) a few hundred yards away makes the neighborhood extremely secure, with a constant presence of the police and the army 24 hours a day. The building and the neighborhood are remarkably quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for to rest, me and my family. The neighborhood is respectful and quiet, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation. The host is extremely kind and thoughtful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
