Piacevole ed elegante appartamento a due passi dal mare, immerso nella pineta di Marina Romea. Il nome Balotta, scelto da Antonio il padrone di casa, in dialetto bolognese significa, il gruppo di amici con i quali uscire, stare insieme, chiaccherare, insomma divertirsi! La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti, potendo lasciare l'auto nei numerosi parcheggi condominiali gratuiti. I bagni vicini offrono il meglio della tradizione romagnola e alcuni sono tra i migliori ristoranti della zona.

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e residenziale, perfetta per le famiglie o gli amici che vogliono godersi il mare e la natura. Casa bifamiliare su due livelli, dotata di ampio giardino con posto auto e camino. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini)e gruppi di amici. A 13 km da Ravenna , 25 km da Mirabilandia, 20km da Comacchio, 4 km riserva naturale Punta Alberte. NON c'è Wi-fi.
