This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Located in the pedestrian historic center of Poreč on the corner of Strada Grande Decumanus and Cardo Maximus, it overlooks the main Piazza dei Signori and is among the oldest noble houses in the city. The medieval Romanesque House is in Piazza dei Signori a few meters away; at 100 meters there is the Euphrasian Basilica and at 100 meters there is the promenade.
