Beachfront vacation rentals in Marina di Gutturu Flumini

Bau House was a sanctuary for our family hosting a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. We had plenty of communal space and the bedrooms were well equipped with each having its own bathroom! Daniele has thought of every detail and the house is just stunning aesthetically with his wonderful art and masterpieces. There is nothing the house does not have and even chairs and parasols for the beach. The beach is crystal clear and calm- perfect for families and a 2 minute walk. There is a great bar 10 mins walk along the sand called Kyma which has wonderful coffees, tranquil atmosphere and food! Daniele’s garden is a haven and his meticulous botanical skills create such a zen feeling- the outdoor shower is great addition to wash off the sandy kids before entering the house! We were so happy with our stay and will return again! Thank you Daniele! It was such a pleasure to meet you!

Di passaggio da Putzu Idu ci siamo fermati due notti da Giusy. Tutto molto gradevole, a cominciare dal profumo della vegetazione circostante. La casa è simpatica e fresca, il giardino è popolato da piccoli angoli per il relax, tettoie, un barbecue, e perfino un'amaca.

Der Aufenthalt bei Michela und Ihrer Familie war traumhaft! Das Haus liegt in einer malerischen Bucht, direkt am Meer mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Genau das Richtige, wenn man keinen Trubel möchte. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung mehrere Restaurants, kleine Läden, eine Apotheke, eine Tankstelle, etc. die man zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Im Dorf nebenan ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es eine kleine Promenade, Sandstrand, mehrere Restaurants und auch ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich, ja schon fast familiär Empfangen. Die Wohnung ist typisch italienisch / sardisch, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Es ist alles da was man von einem guten AirBnB erwartet. Wer Hunde und Katzen mag, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Wir wurden jeden morgen sehr lieb von den Hunden begrüßt und auch die Katzen kommen immer wieder mal auf ein paar Streicheleinheiten vorbei. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ruhiger Ort, schöne geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Grazia ist eindeutig unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin. Können nur empfehlen !

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren Ende Mai in der Wohnung und hatten schöne Tage. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Das Dorf hat einen schönen kostenfreien Strand, fussläufig erreichbar und einige Restaurants. Antonella hat uns super hilfreiche Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände gegeben. Eine Baustelle neben der Wohnung stört nicht weiter, wenn man ohnehin ab 8.00 Uhr morgens wach ist und den Tag unterwegs ist.

We loved our stay! The location is great, directly in front of a beautiful beach which was great for family and kids. We rented the house with friends and it was a perfect size for two families. It has two main rooms on different floors and an open space with two beds for kids. It was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils and it was well organised. The location is a bit remote which we liked. There is a place to get a coffee on the beach and a fruit seller that we could walk to. Francesca was welcoming and was available for any questions.

alloggiare a casa da Vincenzo è stato come essere ospiti di un amico, la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per vivere la quotidianità ma il vero valore aggiunto è il panorama.....vedere il mare e i meravigliosi tramonti mentre si cena non ha prezzo.... senza considerare che la casa è su misura per surfisti o kiter in quanto dotata di spazi esterni per lavaggio attrezzatura e ottimo spot fuori dalle rotte turistiche.

La Finestra sul Mare è stata esattamente ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa era pulita, comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa la lavastoviglie. Ma il vero punto di forza è la splendida vista sul mare e sul tramonto, che ci accompagnava ogni sera durante la cena. I dintorni sono verdi, tranquilli e perfetti per passeggiate rilassanti. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’acqua, ma il proprietario è stato molto reattivo e lo ha risolto nel giro di poche ore. Inoltre, dopo la partenza ci siamo accorti di aver dimenticato un paio di occhiali da sole: sono stati ritrovati e ci hanno aiutato a recuperarli. Esperienza davvero positiva.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Consigliato a chi vuole passare qualche giorno staccando completamente dalla propria quotidianità. Francesco e Giulia

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive. Lovely people and stunning place. Peaceful place to recharge from daily hustle. Can recommend to have some Italian plate of local cheese, ham and olives with red wine during sunset time - it was amazing. Refreshing at local sight la grotta in walking distance was exceptional as well. Come here! The Host Carola was also very flexible and always there for us. Great contact!

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

It was a marvellous place to stay. Great view. Super close to the nice wild beach. Happy to have been there in September. Everything was super calm. People around very helpful and friendly. Sylvia from Rent Sardinia was very kind and always looked for prompt solutions. Would definitely go back for a next stay.

Piękny dom, bardzo czysty. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Napewno potrzebny jest samochód, żeby dojechać do piękny plaż. 20 min do Cagliari. Niedaleko sklepu spożywcze. Idealna lokalizacja aby odpocząć

We loved our stay near Il Poetto at Gigliola’s place. This was the perfect spot for us to get some beach time during our honeymoon. Gigliola was communicative and friendly as our host. We would happily stay here again!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich toll. Der Strand selbst ist auch wunderschön! Enrico ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir nicht vergessen werden.

ottima esperienza in primavera. Casa fronte mare con bellissima vista. Siamo stati molto bene, all'esterno c'è un grosso tavolo che consente di mangiare all'aperto godendo di una vista impagabile. Unica pecca la casa è un po' buia, ma volendo stare all' aperto il più possibile non è stato affatto un problema! Consigliato!

Eine wunderschöne Villa, super sympathische Gastgeberin, absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre, top Ausstattung der Küche, super schön designt, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Lage innerhalb einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus Siedlung, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, traumhafter Strand, eigener Parkplatz vorm Haus (2 Autos), gute Lage zwischen Cagliari und Villasimius,

Die Wohnung war großartig. Carla und Gabriele waren sehr nett und haben uns persönlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. es war alles vorhanden und es fehlte an nichts. Es war einfach alles vorhanden und die Wohnung bis ins kleinste Detail gut organisiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Für uns war es die beste, gepflegteste und sauberste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise durch Sardinien. Wer Meeresfrüchte mag kommt in dieser Region voll auf seine Kosten, da die Restaurants alle Meeresfrüchte anbieten. Es gibt schöne Strände in der Nähe.

Un séjour parfait dans un écrin paradisiaque, un petit bout de la Sardaigne rien que pour nous, des hôtes d'une gentillesse incomparable, d'une discrétion totale, toujours à l'écoute, un accueil merveilleux, pleins de petites attentions gourmandes, un lieu exceptionnel pour pouvoir explorer le Sud de cette belle île, un séjour que nous n'oublierons jamais.
