Sjötorp - Newly renovated cottage by Lake Vänern

Newly renovated small cottage 2021 with a separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobes and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Fiber is located in the house. Approximately 100 meters to the beach. Good swimming for children. Bike path to Sjötorp where Göta Kanal is located and small cozy restaurants and a small well-stocked grocery store in Lyrestad, which is 7 km from Sjötorp with Göta Kanal. Go down to the edge of Lake Vänern in the evening and enjoy the sunset on the water horizon. Final cleaning is done by the guest, the landlord is not responsible for final cleaning.

With proximity to Vänern, there is the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest cottage for a total of 8 people! Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on road 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

In a separate house is our apartment, which is about 35 square meters on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and cooking facilities. Toilet w shower. Bedroom with 3 places in bunk bed. (Lower bed 120 x 200) Upper bed (90x200) Living room with sofa bed for two. (140x190) Travel bed. The apartment has WiFi and TV included. At the southwest end of Hajstorp is Kanalingenjörsvillan, which has been a service residence for the canal engineers between 1902 and 1977. Today the Lahrin family lives in the villa. In a secluded part of the large garden is the small coachman's house. It is from the mid-19th century but has been carefully equipped with a toilet and small kitchenette. A simple accommodation for those who appreciate old buildings.

Located separately on our property, the cottage has an open plan living/bedroom, TV/wifi, fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with massage bath. Kitchen in mini format; fridge, stove top, micro and basic equipment. It is self-catering in terms of towels and sheets but is also available for hire for those who wish.

Cottage next to our residence on the farm with cow pastures around the corner for rent. 600 meters from Göta Kanal and Hajstorp locks. You live in an old grain magazine that has just been converted into a comfortable small home for four people. Another person can fit if two share a 120 cm bed or if you make a bed on the sofa. Horses and cows are nearby, thus there are also flies. Sometimes it sounds like tractors and sometimes smells like manure during spring and autumn use😃.
