Hello dear visitors! I rent out my bungalow, renovated in 2018, including a garden with a grill, fireplace and sun loungers. You are welcome to use everything. The rehabilitation clinics are a 5-minute walk away, as well as the Schlosspark (2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlor, as well as a pedal boat rental. Klein Elmau - The forest idyll in Elm

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

From the apartment you can reach the train station, shops and good restaurants or the nearby park in a few minutes. In addition, the Volkswagen plant is only a few minutes drive from the apartment. The apartment is located in a bungalow directly next to a huge forest that invites you to walk and jog. The journey time to the city or the VW factory is less than 10 minutes. Shops for everyday needs, such as bakeries or supermarkets, are within walking distance. Welcome!

Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor in an absolutely quiet location

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.

The house is quietly located in a turning hammer and surrounded by old trees and therefore perfect for families with children. It's just a few minutes walk to Lake Tankum. On the lake, there is a swimming beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, soccer field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike rides.
