Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in rural surroundings in protected area. Residential approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. 4 bedrooms with room for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. New Nordic: Cozy summer cottage close to the beach

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.
