Udenfor kan du nyde et vildmarksbad og en solopvarmet udendørsbruser. Kun 800 meter fra Danmarks bedste strand, tæt på golfbane, Bøtøskoven og indkøb. Beliggende på en lukket grund med plads til hund, er det ideelt til en ferie i ro og natur. Der er cykler, gratis strøm, vand, brænde mv.

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i dette rolige og afslappede sommerhus. Helt nyrenoveret i 2022. Helt ugeneret baghave med plads til leg,hygge og vildmarksbad. Når du parkerer bilen kan du kigge ned af den lille sti til stranden. En af de bedste strande med kun 60 meters gang fra boligens grund. Helt unik beliggenhed. Marienlyst by ligger kort køre afstand hvor der er supermarkeder, restauranter, minigolf, og den bedste isbutik. Det er privat hus, så der er rent og pænt, men ikke hotelstandard 😊.

Dejligt sommerhus, der er tæt på både vand og by. Man kan gå til vandet på 10 minutter og nyde Marielyst skønne sandstrand. Efter en dag ved stranden er der god plads på terrassen til leg og afslapning og når aftentid nærmer sig, så står grillen klar til hyggelige sommeraftener. Huset tilbyder 2 fine værelse, en hyggelig stue, køkken med alt udstyr og spiseplads til alle gæster. Tager man terrassen i brug, så er der også plads til gæster. Huset har også gode parkeringsforhold, wifi og TV.

Marielyst er et godt ferieparadis, med strand, skov, rigt fugle og dyre liv. Marielyst har også shopping, restauranter, og barer. Huset kan også bruges om vinteren, der er en energivenlig varmepumpe, og huset er godt isoleret. Prisen er uden El forbrug. Så krav om ekstra betaling for El forbrug kommer efter opholdet.
