The 57 sqm apartment is on the fourth floor with number 12. It has a 13 sqm balcony facing west with some view of the harbor entrance. In the living room, there is a sofa bed 120 cm wide and 170 cm long, as well as a mattress. 150 m below the house is the beach promenade on which you can reach the ferry terminal in 15 minutes. On the street outside, there are buses to Mariehamn city center. A carport belongs to the apartment. Elevator is available. The apartment is rented out at least 5 nights in a row. Note: Sheets and towels are not included.

You can rent kayaks or sup boards a few hundred meters away and paddle them to your tent. Treat yourself to an adventure out of the ordinary. Ps. The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.

Well-equipped and very clean apartment. It was nice to watch the evening sun from your own balcony with a great ocean view. A convenient distance from the services when we were traveling by car.

Very high quality accommodation, large living room and sufficient bedrooms for six. Well-equipped, a great place by the sea that would also be suitable for fishing. The sauna's board height/ceiling model may not be best suited for Finnish saunas.

We had a great stay and felt right at home. We came with a family of two parents and 3 teenagers/ young adults. The house is great, definitely high end with regards to setting and amenities ( view, hottub sauna, private jetty, kayaks) But not soo over the top that you dont feel at home. There was something for everyone: we loved cooking and eating on the beautifull deck overlooking the sunset. We enjoyed swimming and lounging on the deck, We used the kayaks to go around ( also kayaked to MarieHamn,) but also rented a jetski for a few hours which greatly pleased the kids . definitely would come again: we had such good weather and the house was so nice that we didn't explore the island so much, all the more reason to come back to do some hiking, mountainbiking etc,,

If you are looking for an idyllic place where Nordic nature and beauty are present, look no further. Viktor's cabin is everything a Northerner dreams of. The view from the terrace is the best we've experienced. Everything was very well arranged and the cottage worked perfectly for 5 people. The Jacuzzi, both saunas and the well-equipped kitchen were a big plus.

Awesome experience at this beautiful and tidy cabin. If you are looking for a cabin with personality, all the amenities you need, and of course a good löyly in the sauna that's your place. I really enjoyed having breakfast while seeing the sea in the background, hearing the birds sings, and the wind going through the trees in the forest that surrounds the house. The location is great, not far from the capital and with easy access to the main road and only a few kilometres from Långnäs. The communication with the owners was easy, plus a short visit to check everything was alright was appreciated. Looking forward staying some other time in the future.

Perfect place for our little family vacation. Emma was super accommodating, and responded to our every request, coming up with nice ways to make us feel welcome. The place was also terrific for young children with everything you need and lots of nice touches like swing, sandpit and toys. The setting is serene and peaceful, you feel really part of nature, but not too remote. Beautiful light at different times of day make the view special. Cosy and comfortable with lots of amenities. Would recommend to anyone.
