This small (30 condos), quiet condo complex is around a block and a half away from Old Town Scottsdale, among the most vibrant, unique urban downtown centers in the American Southwest. Home of the San Francisco Giants Spring training field at Scottsdale Stadium is just a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of golf courses, hiking, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are all close by.
