The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Kirkebakken 4 is an old half-timbered house from 1780 centrally located in Rosernes By Mariager. The house has a small garden with terrace with garden table, chairs and barbecue. The house is thoroughly renovated with underfloor heating and open fireplace. Kirkebakken 4 is an old house where renovation has taken place with respect for the house, is therefore a difference in level on the ground floor as well as stairs to the 1st floor. The house is located in the heart of Mariager and overlooking the city's beautiful and historic Abbey Church.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Unique opportunity to spend holidays in a cozy summer house. Here is a 180-degree view of the beautiful Mariagerfjord. The area is full of coziness and nostalgia. The Veteran Railway, the Swan ferry, large and small ships as well as the sunset can be enjoyed from the house. A few minutes' walk to the city center and the marina. Close to restaurants, cafes, the Salt Center, shops, the Rose Garden, the Monastery Church and lovely forest areas. Drive within an hour to Aalborg, Aarhus, Randers and Viborg.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" hygge with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
