Welcome at my place! Back to the origins of airbnb, you can stay in my home when I'm away. The studio is a 5-minute walk from the train station (24-minute journey to Paris Gare du Nord) and all the shops - there's even a bakery downstairs! There's enough room on the shelves for all your stuff, and you'll have no problem using all the equipment. Not everything is perfect, but I love this little apartment and hope you enjoy your time here as much as I did.

初めてのフランス一人旅で不安もありましたがLamineさんを選んで良かったです。日本ではパリ北部は治安が悪いとされていますが、どの国や都市にいく時と同じように日本の安全性とは違うと認識して気をつけていれば何の問題もありませんでした。シャルル・ド・ゴール空港からも近く、メトロの駅までも徒歩10分ほどで行けるので便利です。パリまでは40分ほどかかるので旅行プランによってはこの移動時間を考慮すべきです。私が訪れた時はサマータイムで22時くらいまで明るかったのでそのくらいまでパリで遊んで23時ごろ帰宅していました。 LamineさんとLyndaさんと一緒に食事をしながらパリのオススメの周り方を丁寧に教えていただいたり、家族や文化、歴史などについてたくさんお話しできて楽しかったです‼︎ またお二人に会いにフランスに戻ってきたいと思える最高の経験になりました！

Le logement est propre et très bien situé, proche de la gare dans un quartier très calme. Avec les indications c'est simple de trouver l'adresse. La chambre est située dans une extension avec sa propre salle de bain, ce qui permet d'avoir son intimité. J'ai pu utiliser la machine à laver dans la chambre ce qui était appréciable. Et pour finir la communication a été agréable, aussi bien avant d'arriver, que sur les lieux.

Me and my friend were very happy with the accommodation! Godefroy is an extremely kind and helpful host – he welcomed us, explained everything clearly, and gave us great recommendations. He was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Truly a great host! The apartment is located in a beautiful, green and safe neighborhood. There are many restaurants, cafés, and other places nearby – all just a few minutes’ walk away. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

I stayed at Wanda's BnB in June 2025. The area around the BnB is a family friendly neighbourhood in which I felt very safe as a solo traveler woman, and it was also very quiet during the morning and the night. Wanda waited for me outside her door as I was arriving to her home, and she explained to me everything about the stay and how to get there in great detail. She also lent me a Paris public transport map! Wanda knew that it was my first time staying at an BnB, and she made me feel very confortable and also gave me the private space I needed. Her home felt like my home during my stay. Thanks again for everything Wanda!
