The apartment is located on a closed street within a safe living area, very close to the DIF municipal and the Hotel Real de Minas. 15 min walk from the heart of downtown or 5 min by Uber, 4 min walk to pastitos and 8 from the UNESCO roundabout. The Dept. is very spacious, with excellent ventilation and lighting, it also has a balcony in the living room with city views. The transport that goes to the center, in case you don't want to walk passes on the corner of the street, close to the Oxxo.

We have an exceptional view of the city Location: 300 meters from Callejón del Beso 300 meters from the Pipila 2 minutes to the main garden You will be in the heart of the city and you will not have to use your car. Mattresses, sofa beds and basic kitchen utensils. We have a coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, iron for clothes, TV Access is not suitable for seniors, it is on the 3rd level. We have another apartment just like this one behind this apartment.

A spectacular house in downtown Guanajuato. Live a totally different experience in this stay, located just 50 meters from the Union Garden. It is a classic Guanajuato house, with excellent natural lighting. It has 3 spaces divided by a central garden, and is perfect for large groups as they can be separated but have privacy at the same time. The view from the roof is majestic. Nothing like it here in GTO.
