In this suggestive site, well ventilated and absolutely immersed in an atmosphere of peace, tranquility and silence, two contiguous buildings and one separate and independent have been renovated, in full respect of pre-existing rural architecture, but with all necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located on two floors: on the first there are two comfortable bedrooms (double bed + single bed) and a bathroom; on the second there is a bright kitchen overlooking the bay of the new airport, bathroom and large terrace, covered by gazebo, with sea and mountain view. The house was completely refurbished in 2008, TV and modern decor.

I Colori del Tufo is located within the walls of an old rustic 20th-century farmhouse, once used as a barn. A renovation project that has been able to enhance the beauty of the original structure, creating a rustic and welcoming environment. The decision to preserve the round arch and use calcarenite tuff, obtained from the Pirriaturi di Favignana tradition, gives the environment a unique character, giving it a timeless charm.

Martina's Vineyard is a villa nestled among the vineyards a few steps from the Marsala salt pans. In the villa, you will find a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea and a terrace of 130 meters from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunset between islands and salt flats. The villa was completely renovated in 2021 and offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday.

The house is on two levels, with a living room with a kitchenette and a small bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a panoramic bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom.
