A swimming pool available as well as a wooded garden of more than one hectare, in the countryside but 7 minutes from a shopping center. 1st bedroom: 30 m2 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 200. 2nd bedroom: 14 m2 with 2 beds 90x200 or 1 king size bed. New bedding + duvets + pillows (2025). New washing machine. 2 refrigerators. 20 minutes from the sea: Royan, Meschers sur Gironde. In the heart of a wooded park, comfortable cottage, within the grounds of our property. Quiet, between the beaches of Saint Palais (7 min), and the banks of the Seudre in Mornac (3 min by car). 5 min walk to all the shops in the village. Great for a relaxing stay, our house has an outdoor swimming pool that opens onto a park in the middle of the fields. (Unheated pool) It also houses a Shala, yoga and meditation room, accessible to our guests on request.
