Bungalow loft aménagé récemment (août 2016), très bien équipé. Il est situé dans le quartier résidentiel de Dampierre dans un endroit très calme et verdoyant. De nombreux commerces (boulangerie, magasin bio, traiteur) ainsi que la plage d'Anse Vinaigri sont accessibles à pied. L'axe principal (N4) se trouve à 1 minute en voiture.
