Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mardakan

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Yapı gerçekten çok güzel, olanaklar muhteşem, denize ve alışveriş merkezine yakınlığı çok iyi. Civarda kaliteli restoranlar var. Sitede yer alan fotoğraflar yenilenmeli çünkü, bahçe, havuz ve ev, çok daha güzel. Ev sahibimiz, kendi kalitesini yansıtmış. Ev sahipliği için Kendisine ve alakasından dolayı Dayı Bey' çok teşekkür ederiz. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz.

Отдыхали в начале июля. Все было просто отлично. Гостеприимный хозяин. До моря 5 мин. В доме все чисто,комфортно и уютно. В доме все есть. Ничего с собой везти не надо. Все было на высшем уровне. Так что всем советую приезжать сюда.

Perfekt sted hvis du vil ha fred og samtidig være nær strand. Huset er ganske nytt, godt utstyrt, har rask wi-fi, store rom og eget basseng. Verten bor i utlandet, men hennes søster tok oss imot. Hun var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Anbefaler å laste ned Bolt eller Yango- to selskaper vi brukte for å komme oss rundt. Tur til Baku kostet 8-14AZN. Det er et par gode restauranter i nærheten. Amburan Beach Club er verdt et besøk, men det er flere offentlige strender som vi synes er mye bedre. Baku MÅ besøkes- utrolig fin by med mye historie.

Khayyam is an outstanding host! He is incredibly kind and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. His communication was exceptional; he responded within minutes and was always available to help. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It's perfectly located—close to both the main city and the old city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a wonderful time exploring Baku. Highly recommend!

The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 5 total beds with extra bed for babies. The place was very clean and I really liked the park in front of the house. The host was very nice person and her English is very good. We felt very welcomed and we felt like home.

Rza is an amazing host—super communicative and very helpful. He was always available and eager to assist during our stay in Baku. The apartment is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near all the main attractions. Nizami Street is just a couple of minutes away, and there are plenty of charming coffee shops and great Azeri restaurants nearby. We even discovered a few hidden gems! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

I really enjoyed this place! Spacious, warm, bed was very comfortable, and ofc the loggia is fantastic! Great location, close to most interesting places yet quiet. The host was very friendly and helpful, flexible check-in was a lifesaver. I would def recommend this property for a solo-travel as well as for a family.

J’ai voyagé plusieurs fois à Bakou et séjourner dans plusieurs endroits différents mais le logement proposé par G est un coup de coeur. est chaleureux,propre et bien situé. Il y’a vraiment tout ce dont vous avez besoin, un supermarché juste à coté. C’etait un plaisir de prendre mon café et manger sur la chaussée commerçante à deux pas. Je reviendrai à Bakou et séjournerai ici sans hésiter.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Baku! I absolutely loved this place! It’s located right in the middle of the city center — super convenient and close to everything. The area felt very safe, and there were tons of restaurants, cafes, and things to do just steps away. It’s the perfect spot if you want to explore Baku and enjoy the city vibe. The apartment itself was great, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was exactly as shown—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location was excellent, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness. We had a small issue during our stay, but the host addressed it quickly and professionally, which made us feel well taken care of. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

me and my colleague felt at home immediately in this beautiful neighborhood. little details like available Chay , water, functioning appliances plus ample space and warm air conditioner made all the differnence. nice bed and comfy air mattress. Shahin told us the electrical shower would eventually be replaced with a gas powered one. that would really make the place perfect for colder days. some minor details regarding the renovation still need to be concluded. suggest to get in touch with Shahin in advance to have clarification, and I'd expect him to answer immediately and honestly. recommended!!

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Emil is the greatest host anyone could ask for!! He was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and taken care of. His home is absolutely beautiful, and offered plenty of space for a group of five to relax in private, or spend time together in any of the beautiful shared spaces. We were in Azerbaijan for COP 29 so we had early mornings and late nights. Emil arranged breakfast service, car services, and airport pick up and drop off for our convenience. Because of his team we felt safe and supported despite our long work days and we fell in love with Azerbaijani food, music, and people. I have rented through Airbnb for years and I’ve never encountered such kind and respectful hosts. We all hope to return to Azerbaijan again because of Emil and his family.
