Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mardakan

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

If privacy is important to you, it is a magnificent facility where you will vacation with your family. The possibility of early check-in and the renewal of the pool water made us very happy. The structure is really beautiful, the amenities are amazing, the proximity to the sea and the shopping center is very good. There are quality restaurants around. The photos on the site should be renovated because, the garden, the pool and the house, it is much nicer. Our host reflects its own quality. Thank you very much to him and Mr. Dayı for his interest in hosting. We'll definitely be back.

We had a rest in early July. Everything was just fine. Hospitable host. 5 minutes to the sea. Everything in the house is clean,comfortable and cozy. The house has everything. You don't need to bring anything with you. Everything was top notch. So I recommend everyone to come here.

It was a lovely experience given this was my first time in Azerbaijan, Baku. The owner is also bilingual which really helped in communication given that most taxi drivers / people don't speak English. Each time we reached out and he quickly intervened. The compound is very spacious, indeed a family home. I travelled with my toddler and she had enough space to play outside on days that are not very cold. There was even a tree of pomegranate fruits in the compound and we were allowed to harvest and eat. I will highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Baku for tourism, study or vacation, as it meets all these desires.

Perfect place if you want peace and at the same time be near the beach. The house is quite new, well equipped, has fast wifi, large rooms and a private pool. The host lives abroad, but her sister welcomed us. She was really nice and helpful. Recommend downloading Bolt or Yango's two companies we used to get around. Trip to Baku cost 8-14AZN. There are a few good restaurants in nearby. Amburan Beach Club is worth a visit, but there are several public beaches that we think are much better. Baku must visit- incredibly nice town with a lot of history.

Khayyam is an outstanding host! He is incredibly kind and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. His communication was exceptional; he responded within minutes and was always available to help. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It's perfectly located—close to both the main city and the old city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a wonderful time exploring Baku. Highly recommend!

The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 5 total beds with extra bed for babies. The place was very clean and I really liked the park in front of the house. The host was very nice person and her English is very good. We felt very welcomed and we felt like home.

Rza is an amazing host—super communicative and very helpful. He was always available and eager to assist during our stay in Baku. The apartment is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near all the main attractions. Nizami Street is just a couple of minutes away, and there are plenty of charming coffee shops and great Azeri restaurants nearby. We even discovered a few hidden gems! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

The apartment is large, bright, will be good in summer and winter. The neighborhood is not in the center, but it is easy to get there. There are a lot of good shops around. If you buy a couple more things, everything will be perfect. There is a place to wash, but you can only dry on the line outside the window, and there is no clothespin. There is a large closet, but no hangers to hang things. There is a kitchen, but not a single rag, and a knife only for bread. And so on. But these are all trifles, the apartment is good.

Nice place for staying in Baku. Host is very responsive and helpful. Apartment is clean and matches the description. Almost everywhere is in walking distance. Recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was exactly as shown—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location was excellent, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness. We had a small issue during our stay, but the host addressed it quickly and professionally, which made us feel well taken care of. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Emil is the greatest host anyone could ask for!! He was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and taken care of. His home is absolutely beautiful, and offered plenty of space for a group of five to relax in private, or spend time together in any of the beautiful shared spaces. We were in Azerbaijan for COP 29 so we had early mornings and late nights. Emil arranged breakfast service, car services, and airport pick up and drop off for our convenience. Because of his team we felt safe and supported despite our long work days and we fell in love with Azerbaijani food, music, and people. I have rented through Airbnb for years and I’ve never encountered such kind and respectful hosts. We all hope to return to Azerbaijan again because of Emil and his family.
