Condo vacation rentals in Marco Island

Joshua is a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I don't believe better views of the gulf exist than can be seen from this balcony. Being a corner unit makes the view panoramic and spectacular! We will definitely visit Marco Island again and I hope to be able to stay in this exact same property.

Karen’s place was perfect for our stay on Marco Island. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the bedding so much Karen sent me the links to where I can buy them online. Watching the sunrise on the lanai was so peaceful. There were only a few people periodically at the pool area for the entire 4 day stay which made it feel like we had the resort to ourselves. The entire experience was relaxing and felt like home. We were sad to leave and definitely recommend anyone looking for a quiet, laid back getaway to Marco Island to book this place. Our favorite meal was the grouper sandwich at the island gypsy. We loved the Bargain Basket Thrift Shop right down the street. If you forget to pack something, check this place out for high quality second hand items for amazing prices.

I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment. From the beginning, the instructions were very clear. The location is spectacular, just minutes from the beach. The apartment is very clean and organized, with all the necessary amenities for a fantastic stay. The community is very quiet. Mary was an excellent host. Definitely highly recommended.

The apartment is very nice, nicely furnished, great size for a family of 2-4. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has a balcony to chill outside and looking partially to the bay which is beautiful. The pool is a huge plus, including a hot tub! It has it’s own parking lot, also an elevator which was very convenient! There were beach equipments included and a beach car - it was amazing! The beaches are short drives away, public parking is available so not a big deal. Tom is very responsive, check-in and check-out go super smooth and flexible. An absolutely great deal to stay here:)

Mary was friendly, warm and kind and I'm so glad we were able to meet her in person! We were missing a pan and she graciously brought one over the next morning! We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as pictured and so quaint. We used the pull out couch and that was comfortable, too! Great location and we were able to easily walk to the JW Marriot, where our friends were staying. She had towels and a cooler that we used for a breakfast on the beach. We had the pool almost to ourselves later in the afternoon. It offered both shade and sun. I hope to be back again!

Amazing place to stay and the beach is literally across the street! Derek is super quick to respond as well and very helpful. 100% would recommend!!

Inga-Lill is a friendly, gracious, responsive host. The apartment is well-positioned on the top floor of a high-rise building; truly wonderful views of Gulf, Tigertail Beach, natural preserve. The pool was a nice bonus and the complex and building were generally very quiet. Inga-Lill even provided a closet full of games, puzzles, everything needed for the beach, including a cart. We would definitely recommend!

Second time I’ve visited this property — location/comfort are exceptional, Marco beaches are my favorite, and home had everything I could ask for in a large and comfortable space. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach vacation!

Wonderful stay. Unit was sooo very clean and had everything we needed for 5 days. Comfy bed, great sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Having the restaurant in the building was a plus. We hope to return.

We’ve stayed at Mario’s place for several years in a row now, and it never disappoints. The unit is lovely—well-equipped, clean, and in a perfect location. Mario is incredibly helpful and responsive, always going above and beyond—he even found Easter activities for our kids when we stayed during the holiday. We keep coming back for a reason and look forward to many more years and memories here.

Loved our weekend at this adorable studio. The view is outstanding and the building is in a prime location. The apartment is well equipt and has all you need for a great beach vacation. Our Hosts were very responsive. We had an issue with the AC and the speed with which Kevin responded and got someone out to fix it was amazing. We look forward to seeing the renovations they will be doing this summer and coming back here when we return to Marco Island.

Condo was clean and updated with great views and amenities. great location and walkable to a few restaurants/Tiki bars. Would stay there again

Great spot, incredibly clean and description was almost spot on!! Quick walk right down stairs to a few spots with some consistent evening entertainment which was awesome…but then need to drive to most anything else. Pool pictures make it look a bit bigger than it is in my opinion but still easily accessible if that’s where you’re headed. Great stay…would definitely recommend for a small group!!

Beautiful spot! Great view of the beach, and beautiful sunsets. Condo very clean and equipped with everything you need and more. A little smaller than we thought, but very comfortable for the 4 of us! KJ was very attentive!

We loved this condo! Everything was just like in the pictures, and even nicer! The place feels brand new, is beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and a perfect stay for a relaxing getaway for 2 or a family of 4 with stunning views and lots of daylight. The property, pool and waterfront area is nicely updated and very well maintained by friendly staff. The host Allison was so very nice and great in communicating with us, every question and inquiry was promptly replied to, many tips and suggestions provided for our first visit to SW Florida. We were sad to leave, but will definitely be back! Marco Island itself is also a beautiful location, especially where this condo was situated in Old Marco as it was quieter with great walking/biking opportunities, yet had authentic and relaxing restaurants and stores nearby. A gem of a place, one of our best AirBnB experiences!

Joe was an outstanding host! 😊 We had a little bit of a noise concern and Joe came right over and tended to it immediately. I was extremely impressed. I was there for a Snowsports conference which was at the JW Marriott. The distance was perfect! Oh and the view was evvverrything! I would sit on the patio deck and relax while writing my book. It was perfect! Initially, I thought I could enter the condo from the front but it is on the side or the back. Either way, I figured it out! 😊 Most definitely, recommend! Keep in mind it's coastal living (I.e., someone mentioned the furniture), thus the furniture aligned with the theme. Considering Miami is normally my stomping ground, this was a nice change of pace! Enjoy! 😊

We really enjoyed staying at this place, everything was perfect, including communication, location, and how clean and spotless everything was. Apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view is priceless. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful spring break week at Hoot's condo. It was exactly as described and pictured, and was the perfect home base for exploring Marco Island and its beaches! Everything went very smoothly from check-in to departure. He had lots of helpful recommendations as well.

Dan, The condo was beautiful, clean and modern. The condo is located at the best end of the island near a lot of restaurants. The beach and pool access is right there. All and all my wife and I had a great experience. In my experience this was much better than Hilton Head or Naples. I would give it 5 stars out of 5.

Great location and condo! It was quiet, yet steps from the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice, always plenty of chairs. Melissa was responsive with questions we had before and after we arrived. What we loved when we left is there was a pantry where we could leave our unopened food and drink! No other location we have stayed over the last ten years has offered this.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful well maintained beach! Everything was clean and the furnishings were both comfortable and well kept. Definitely would rent again and recommend to others!

This is a lovely really clean unit, in a very beautiful setting, peaceful. I loved listening to the birds while reading on the screened in porch. The location can’t be beat for proximity to restaurants, Publix, Rose Marina, specialty boutiques and an amazing thrift store The Bargain Basket that truly has thrift store pricing. We come to Marco for the shelling and it never disappoints. A hidden gem for FABULOUS fresh seafood is directly across the street from Old Marco Cove House ( though you have to look for it), called LeeBee’s (spelling?). Our boat captain recommended it, I haven’t seen it advertised 🤷‍♀️. Highly recommend also. Michelle also recommended Napoli’s on the bay IV, as a good choice for pizza. She was right, we got some twice. The unit had a little laundry room which was great to have to get our stuff dry before packing. Of note is that is that this is a structure on piling so there are stairs to get to the unit. All in all a great little AirBnb. Will be back!

This property was perfect! Great location with an outstanding view. Well appointed and was very clean. Parking was included which was nice.
