In the garden,you will have a nice view of the countryside. Two steps away,there is the lake and the Marcenay bar/restaurant. Beautiful discoveries in perspective.

The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
