Vacation rentals with a patio in Marcelli

Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time in the nice apartment, with a beautiful view and only 2 minutes to the beach. Starting your day with breakfast on the porch and looking out over the ocean is perfect. The apartment is big but a bit small kitchen if you want to cook some food yourself. Could be a little more kitchen equipment for the cooking itself. The end of April was nice for those of us who enjoy hiking and biking, with a nice temperature and also the possibility of beach and bathroom for a few days. Very nice to bike or walk along the beach or boardwalk. many good fish restaurants and an experience to sit together Italian families who can really enjoy a long meal. Lovely surroundings in the surrounding hills and the city has a lot to offer. Matteo was welcoming to questions, among other things, got new pillows when those who were there were very hard (sofa cushions). We would like to book this apartment again.

Very considerate host and really nice place to stay. Interior garde and terace is such a blessing. We will def return.

I spent a few days in this house and I can only leave a super positive review. The apartment was exactly as described (indeed, perhaps even better!), clean, cozy and equipped with all comforts. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the center The host was very kind, always available for any questions. We really felt at home. We spent two weeks here, our first beach vacation with our 14-month-old baby. We had a great time! The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, including a comfortable baby bed. The cute garden is great for dining out or reading in the afternoon and ideal for children's play. The sea is about five/six minutes away on foot and both the equipped beach and the free beach are easily reachable by stroller. The center of the village, which is practically the waterfront, where you can find bars, rotisseries, restaurants, shops, is a stone's throw away on foot. Athos is a discreet and courteous guest, easily reachable by phone for anything you need. He was very helpful with us and communication was easy and effective.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

It has been a beautiful space! If you want to find peace in beautiful nature, this is the place to be, Irene is a wonderful hostess and has furnished the farm with attention to detail. It's just perfect, we felt incredibly comfortable♥️ and would come back anytime. Anyone who has an eye for detail feels that everything was taken care of here. We were a group of 13 persons that stayed for one week. The house and surroundings was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The pool area was very nice with a good view over the hilly landscape, and we had dinners by the wood oven/grill. We also got local recommendations from the hosts. It has been easy to communicate with the hosts. We highly recommend this place.

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

Valentina, Francesco's wife, and Linda, their little girl, are two wonderful people: welcoming, friendly and sociable. Staying here will make you feel at home ( the house of dreams in the middle of greenery😃) from day one. Not only is the house very beautiful, but also the location is extremely convenient to venture, not to discover a beautiful sea but also a hinterland rich in history and surrounded by beautiful nature. The Place is absolutely amazing and we are sure to visit again very soon. The Property ticks all the boxes, It has very nice vibe, Its modern and evry tastefully planned, Has all the aminities that you can think of, even a lift to take you to the first floor if you dont want to carry your luggage up the stairs of if you have some one with mobility concerns. Its right next to the sea and a fantastic Seafood Restaurant. There are other Restaurants at walking distance with an equally amazing menu. The Host is such an amazing person and takes care of all your needs and gos that extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. The Property when we came in was freshly done up and more aminites being added,so it will only get better and wil reccommend this place for a Short or even an extended stay. Only bit to mention is that the train line is right behind the House, but dont let it put you off as the trains are super fast and dissapear before you realize. 5 STARS Allover!!

Hello! Diego and his wife are very friendly and lovely poeple. They gave me a tour to show all amenities and apartment space. The place was super clean. They have provided tips and guidelines about the area. Very nice garden and space outside with a pool to chill.

Giovanna is available and kind. The house is a little small for 4, but the outdoor space makes up for it. Very nice.

This apartment is really delightful. All new and thoughtfully decorated. Access is simple and the directions provided are clear and precise. There is a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the peace of this place. We only stayed one night but we had a great time! We also received directions to nearby places to eat, even though the kitchen is fully equipped! Highly recommended

We had a great time in Marco's apartment, super equipped. With outdoor space for outdoor meals. 5 minute walk to the sea. We stayed with our 5-month-old daughter and she was also well organized (washing machine near the sink so you can change it easily) Marco is super available for any information! I recommend it!

We felt right home at Marinas place. We stayed for more than a week with our little ones and everyone enjoyed Marinas house. It had everything we need. Right next to the bus that will take us to the different beaches but also very great location to visit Sirolo and enjoying the local restaurants and bars. Marina was very helpful and friendly. She did not only share local recommendations and made us feel comfortable and welcome, but she was also EXTREMELY HELPFUL once we thought we needed a doctor for one of our little ones. Thank you Marina!!

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

Clean apartment and a well-kept environment in a quiet area very close to the sea. Alessia is very kind and helpful, difficult to find a lot of availability nowadays.

We had a great time. 🙏❤️ For other tourists: keep in mind it’s better to have a car, otherwise it’s quite difficult to get around. All the time indications are considered by moving by car: Beaches; 14-20 min. Really great: Marcelli (for kids) Numana, Urbani, Mezzavalle, Osimo: very nice medieval village: 10 min. Recommended: Caffe del corso. Very particular tasty desserts 😉 Ancona: 15-20 min. Supermarket: 5 min. You definitely should visit Sirolo. Consider that we had vacation beginning of June. Even though not crowded at all in this period, parking is not always easy when you go to the beach.
