Condo vacation rentals in Marathon

Pedro was an amazing host! We got in a little early and thought we were going to need to check in early and he was very accommodating! I had a few questions and he responded almost immediately which is more than impressive! The place is perfectly decorated, had a very homey feeling to it and everything we needed.

We are absolutely in love with this place. The views are gorgeous. the grounds were immaculately groomed. There are so many colorful trees and flowers. The pool is slightly heated, which is perfect. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful with recommendations. We got to see the jets fly over a few times, so cool. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. The beds in both rooms are very comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We as a family are very satisfied with Michelle's condo. Our children are 5 & 9 years old and the condo and the community had a lot to offer for the. Everything from a beach area with kayak, a great heated pool, docks where we were watching shark fishing at night and the manatees came cruising by. The condo itself had everything we could wish for and was as described in the listing. Everything you need for the stay, even fishing gear is available in the condo. This is a great listing and the host was very quick to answer the questions we had. If you're planning to visit the Keys with kids, this condo is a great place!

Our stay was everything we could have wanted. The view was incredible. The condo had everything we could need. We will definitely come again and recommend it to family and friends.

Condo exactly as pictured, newly remodeled and immaculate. If you are looking for a “landing spot” in the middle of The Keys for two, you have found it. This was an exceptional value and the host was friendly and communicated quickly. The walk-in closet to hang bathing suits to dry was a great asset. Two clothes baskets, 4 beach towels, a beach chair, pool noodle and frisbees were available for our use. Although we prefer a washer and dryer in the condo, we used the community washer/dryer once during our stay with no issue while we were sitting around drinking our coffee one morning, washed and dried in one hour. The host provided dish soap, hand soap, two trash bags and several rolls of toilet paper and other travel size toiletries which is very helpful when you are flying in with only a carry on. Top notch host, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, cozy and great location with an amazing view of the ocean and sunset. Pool area with hot tub was clean and a nice bonus, as well as the small beach and pier. Highly recommend and would definitely book again

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving week. The place was nice, clean, and quiet. My kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool. The condo had plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained. The Keys have lots to offer, so there is always plenty to do. Donna was very responsive, the check-in was very simple, and we had a great time. Thank you for hosting us.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Sangria Sunrise! The condo itself is beautiful, the property is awesome, well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful! We spent most of our time at the pool and the beach. The pool bar is great and the pool is clean and refreshing. Plenty of sunny spots and lots of shaded tables, too. It’s right across from the condo so we went multiple times a day. Beautiful landscaping all around. The beach and marina area are really nice. We loved watching the boats from the balcony and seeing the sunrise over the water. Lots of fun things to do in the area within a short drive, but also plenty to do on the property if you prefer to stay put. Tracy is an excellent host and is very helpful and responsive. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for sharing your space with us, Tracy!

We had a great trip. The condo was clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed plus extras. I definitely recommend. The neighbors were nice and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool with them. Theresa was friendly and helpful. We made lots of wonderful memories with our family. Would love to stay here again. I can’t say enough good things about this condo and host. Thanks for everything.

Enjoyed the great room location with cold a/c, quiet atmosphere, perfect saltwater pool, and beautiful views. We got to enjoy seeing manatees, dolphins, and iguanas from the property. There are quite a few great places right near for a quick good sandwich or bait for fishing. Will definitely be back!

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

Great place to stay! Check in part was a bit of a hassle as you have to check in at a different location down the road. All in all it was a beautiful spot and we enjoyed our time!

This was a beautiful place to stay that was off the busy road and afforded less traffic and noise. It was still very convenient to all restaurants and activities in Marathon. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, updated kitchen, and just great overall. There is a pool available and you are just a few steps from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to others, and stay here again.

This was a repeat stay with us at Darene's place, and we will come again. Darene is great with communication and responds quickly. Her place is great! The ocean view never gets old. The beach at the condos is perfect, and the proximity to the pool is also perfect! The condo is nice and accomodating. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything that we needed during our stay, and we can't wait to return again! Thank you Darene!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. I recommend it highly. The setting is quiet. Sitting outside on the patio, drinking morning coffee, looking at the ocean, was definately a highlight. The unit was very clean and well stocked with bedding, towels,etc. Duck Key is great for walking. Resturants are easy to get to. We fished most of the time. There is a marina to rent boats less that a 1/2 mile away on Duck Key.

We loved the condo, the pool and the beach! There were plenty of towels and plenty of pillows on the king size bed which was very comfortable. I have sensitive skin so I wish the bed sheets were a higher thread count because they were a little rough for me. Our friends told us the twin beds mattresses were also very comfortable. I wish there had been some water in the refrigerator because it was a long drive to Marathon. Also, I wish I had checked the amenities (booking was done by my husband) so I would have known to bring shampoo and soap. We enjoyed the table and lounge chairs on the balcony, although it might be nice to exchange the lounge chairs for an outdoor sofa and a couple of chairs. Other than a couple of minor wishes, we enjoyed it so much we're talking about doing it again next year with our friends! Thank you for helping us have a wonderful, peaceful vacation!

The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. We all felt super at home. The kids made their space on the patio and loved the outdoor TV. We fished from the pier and beach, took day trips, and enjoyed dinner nightly on the patio. overall, exceed expectations.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay here in Key Largo! Daniel was quick to respond even after I had to message him after midnight, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a hold of him but he responded quick . I appreciate the house being clean and equipped with everything we needed. Look forward to visit again one day!

Sea Bird Marina is the place you want to go if you have a boat. Plenty of slips and great help by TONY❣️❣️ everyone at the marina is very helpful. Plenty of great restaurants. We loved it there and will definitely be going back ❣️❣️

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a great stay at Rich's place. There were 6 of us (and our dog) so we were able to sleep on the first and third floors and then hang out together, watch TV, eat, etc. on the second floor. There was a lot to do in the complex (e.g., paddleboard the in the lagoon and fish off the jetty), and we were close to a ton of restaurants and places to do other activities as well. Rich was very responsive and checked on us often. We felt very safe. Would return again!

This was hands down the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. It had EVERYTHING we needed besides basic groceries. It was also extremely clean when we arrived, everything worked properly and was in incredible condition. The pool was amazing - they play great music down there and there was even such a good food truck right outside the condo we went to a couple of times. The sunrise and view was so stunning each morning! I don’t have a single negative comment about our stay or the place! Thank you Michael!
