Beautiful clean inviting home! Comfortable and felt right at home. Our family had a great vacation here! Location was perfect for our stay as our family loves to Scuba dive, snorkel, fish, explore museums and nature and just relaxing and eating out.

We came down for a weeks vacation brought two boats, plenty of space on the docks. Communication with Meredith was great. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. He was always very responsive and took care of anything we needed. Might be coming back another time in the future.

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. Our stay exceeded our expectations! Everything from the instructions for checkin and out from the host to the beautiful house and location was above and beyond. The houae is so perfect and you truly feel like you are in Paradise everyday! The sunrise and sunset are breathtaking from the deck/dock. ALL of the advertised pictures are exactly what to expect but even better in person. I enjoyed the pool as much as sitting on the deck and dock. Our son is 12 and a fisherman and he was able to fish from sun up to sundown! Our family will be returning hopefully several more times! Thank you Luis for sharing your piece of Paradise will our family!

Susan’s place was exactly as described. The water view from the top deck was a wonderful place to have my cup of coffee every morning. I would highly recommend this place.

The condo was beautiful and clean with high end furnishings. The ocean views were amazing! The chairs on the deck were very nice and comfortable. The pool was cool and refreshing and well maintained. Pamela was a pleasure. I would love to stay here again. The only thing I needed was more time!

The place was amazing!! plenty of room for our family of 5. All of the fishing equipment was awesome!! From the rods and tackle, to the deep freezer with bait, the extras made the whole trip more enjoyable. Loved the house. It was perfect!!! Will definately be back in the future!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

The house was great. Close boat ramps to put the boat in not far from the house. Everything was as described or better/bigger than expected. Enjoyed our stay here.

This condo is perfection! Close to the pool and private beach. Amazing views too! We felt right at home when we walked in. Highly recommend this place for 2 couples or a family looking for the perfect Keys getaway. Nicole was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. 10/10!!

The Mariners Club was an excellent stay, Fernando’s property was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. The surrounding grounds, pools, marina and beach area were the best. Beautiful ocean views and great local recommendations from the host! Some aspects of the interior were a bit dated, but with multiple areas to enjoy the outdoors (offering full shade to full sun and everything in between), we didn't do much inside except sleep. Kids spent hours per day in the pool and adults most enjoyed lounging on the jetty with 345 degrees of ocean views. Board games (and a ps3) were available for the occasional down time. The location allows for a feeling of privacy on the ocean while offering many hidden gems for dining and activities nearby.

Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

The house was really nice, clean and a real home away from home. It accommodated my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was located on a canal where we were able to enjoy the manatees and pelicans. It was centrally located and only a short distance from the beaches, snorkeling, wind surfing and excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we visit the keys

We stayed in two smaller house boats while we were there before brads. Rectangular shaped single stories with a flat roof area for lounging. They were beautiful.. but unstable, uncomfortable, limited in space, no hot water, had to shower 200 yards away, awful mosquitos, no reliable internet, lack of kitchen ability, I’m 32 my wife is 30 and our son was five months. Pretty looking, but miserable. Especially if wind wasn’t below 5mph. Not to mention the toilets had problems on both! When we got to brads house boat Holly Cow! What a difference. What a relief. Multiple rooms, comfortable beds, no issues with hot water or internet or kitchen. The space was excessive. Very comfortable. Needed some TLC inside but overall it was fantastic. Everything worked like a real 2br 3ba home. I will book this boat everytime as long as it lives. Private marina, quiet, great neighboring boats. Private outdoor waterfront recreational areas. 100% best key west experience I’ve had and I go every year.

We had an amazing time with our family and a beautiful Easter dinner with our friends. The location is perfect to travel all of the keys as it's just over an hour to Key West and Key Largo. The sun rose over the top floor guest bedroom with such a beautiful view of the water every day. Morning coffee with the view was awesome. Evenings spent wrapped on the couch watching movies with really nice big TV and unwinding. Sitting down by the water in evenings before sunset hanging with family watching niece play in sand was great too. Highly recommend.

Great stay, we all enjoyed our mini vacation. This place is excellent. This is our 2nd time visiting this house and we loved it. Definitely we're coming back.

The Baycation was amazing! Heidi is an excellent host, she met us at the boat the first night as there are some housekeeping things to go through. It is a boat after all! The space was perfect for the two of us. Great decor and it had everything we needed for cooking our fresh caught fish! We took the paddle boards out to the island and great to see some great wildlife! The Old Tav has the best eggplant parm and the Cuban cafe has amazing coffee and pastries! A bonus for us was getting to meet the local dock kitty, Sasha! 😻 such a sweet girl! It was so cool to sit on the beck deck and watch the mullet, tarpon and barracuda! We highly recommend Heidi’s place!!

Fantastic stay, and a fantastic host! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
